Tradewheel is a really useful B2B platfrom basd on my experience. My ISM, Bill, is really responsible and tries very hard to help us find more potential clients. I don't think Tradewheel is a scammed platform really. We have been using tradewheel for more than a year now, and the customer support team is really helpful in helping us connecting buyers with us directly on whatsapp and wechat. Its a good platform for International business.

TradeWheel is a professional B2B platform. I opened the gold membership in September 2020. With professional account managers to communicate with buyers, we have accumulated a lot of customers, which is very suitable for new entrepreneurial enterprises. I hope to get more orders on the platform

I paid the Gold Advance member of trade wheel in Feb, 2020. And they did't help us to have a single order from the inquires that trade wheel forwarded. The agent promised to let our company to be ranked on the first page in google, but I never seen. They help to build a website for our company, I asked them 5 or 6 times, to help me update photos of our factory on our website, but I never seen there was updated, this is lasting for almost a year. The agents of trade wheel are positive on working, but they are not professional on our business field, they even doesn't know about the correct machines name and production process, then they contact with potential customers and those customers were not we looking for. I believe this is cause by our business field, we supply very high tech and precision custom service. So their running mode might be good to other companies, but not to us. I still believe the best way is, the platform to post inquires from customers, and they let vip members to choose and contact potential customers by themselves. Of course 2020 was a very tough year, and business was going hard. But I think I will not continue vip member of trade wheel. Thanks for their agent Mr.Jim Wayne, he is the fourth agent that assist us to search for potential customers, I can see he was very hard working, and we had good communication in the past 2 months.

i signed up a day ago. agent became very rude an unprofessional via whatsapp, after i declined the discount offer to upgrade to gold membership. Agent name is Anna. she actually noted they will make sure i don't even get 1 inquiry/client. i responded and blocked the agent. it is clear tradewheel does not care about its clients. their only interest is to collect money. I will never give my money to such so-called businesses.

It's our first time to use Tradewheel. The service is good and we can directly work and talk to direct buyer more efficiently to fix the order.
