When I tried to contact her to resolve the issue, she lied through her teeth repeatedly, promising to help and then blocked me! Now we’re having to go through trading standards! DO NOT FALL FOR HER SCAM!

Omg don’t waste your money, cushions went very thin quickly, stitching coming undone the base was made of card when I tried to repair it. Apparently the warranty had changed was told 12 months and when I went back it was 12 weeks!!
I REALLY DONT THINK TRADE SOFA WISHAW DESERVES A STAR,AS GOT MY SOFA DELIVERED IN DEC 2020 AND ITS SINKING,WE ARE NEARLY SITTING ON THE FLOOR AND HAVE CONTACTED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES AND STILL HEARD NOTHING,TRADING STANDARDS ALSO SENT EMAIL TO OUR SURPRISE THEY SAID NEVER RECEIVED,I AM KNOW GOING TO TAKE THIS TO COURT,SO TRADE SOFA SEE YOU THERE
We ordered a sofa on 3rd July with delivery expected 9th July. Our sofa wasn't delivered on 9th July due to unexpected delays. I phoned Trade Price Sofa this morning and spoke to Suzanne. I found Suzanne really friendly and helpful, she phoned me back a little bit later and arranged delivery for today! My sofa has just arrived and we are really, really happy with it! I came on here to write a review and I got bogged down with reading all the negitave reviews. Our experience wasn't what others have described. I know a few people who have bought from Trade Price Sofas and have been happy with their purchases, for this reason I bought from here without reading reviews on here. People, naturally, tend to go out of their way to write a negitave rewiew but very rarely go out of their way to write a positive rewiew. The only reason I have given 4 out of 5 is because our sofa wasn't delivered on the expected date, however this was resloved by Suzanne very quickly today. All in all, we are very happy with the service we recieved and really happy with our new sofa.
SCAMMER! I wouldn’t even give 1 star if I could give zero! I bought a sofa from these rip off merchants on 26th October 2020, 10 weeks later I had to message them to say that the stitching was falling apart and the sofa was unravelling. She assured me someone would come out and fix it. THEY NEVER DID. 9 MONTHS later still nothing has been resolved and she has blocked me on Facebook! I am now going through trading standards. ABSOLUTE SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
I brought 2 sofas from this company last Christmas, it was nothing store but tool the word of the lady owner. As it was meant to be on a flash sale as they do alot of them to draw people in to part with their money so you think you are getting a good deal (You ain't believe me). The sofa is so poorly made it's unreal. The leather is the cheap leather so marks really easily and after about a month the colour fades really badly. The cushion also go flat after about 2 months. They are so cheaply made it's unreal. I now have to buy new sofas from a more reputable company as I will never buy from this company again as you will just be throwing your money down the drain honestly. Don't bother. Pay the extra it will be worth it in the long run.
First of of can I say that I have had to give a 1 star for this company. I have never in all my life dealt or heard of such a poor threatening company in my life. After waiting for my sofa since early March and told by Suzanne that if I pay in full I will receive my goods in two weeks, sounds great as this is exactly the product my wife and I have saved for. 3 months later nothing and no signs of it either. Suzanne has now refused to speak to my wife regarding our purchase £4189 sofas so we really are devastated as this is our life savings and dreams to finally own our first new side. I decided to visit trade sofa wales today and simply asked where we were with the delivery of our sofas, Suzanne then threw a load of verbal abuse about my wife and myself using heavy language and extremely insulting words about us. I left the premises as quickly as I could drive my car out of the car park and parked on the road. I got out of the car to take a photograph of the naming of the Company as my wife usually deal with it and Suzanne walks towards me shouting insults. I can not and won’t repeat what Suzanne said at first but then threatened me with my legs being broken by her husband I am now waiting for the police to attend in fear of what could happen next even though all we wanted was our dream sofas or if not our money back. There is so much more I could say but all I hope is nobody will witness what I did. Please read and think about reviews before buying anything as i have never been so intimidated or threatened in my life and am now over £4000 down with nothing to show for it.
I ordered 2 x 4 seaters and a chaise from this company. I placed the order with Alex in the Merthyr store. I paid Alex £2000 deposit and she told me my furniture would be delivered in 10 days where I would then need to pay the remaining £2500. However the following day I was contacted by Suzanne and told I need to pay the full amount of £4500 or the supplier would not deliver, although reluctant to do so I did as was asked. This was in March 2021. I have still not received my furniture. I have phoned numerous times and told there are issues with foam Coming into the country by a very rude Suzanne. On the 12th June Suzanne told me she had a meeting with her suppliers on the 13th where she could inform me of the outcome. Suzanne did not ring me. I rang TPS all day to both stores on the 14th with no answer. I rang again on the 16th where Suzanne told me she had not had the meeting with her supplier as he was “in another meeting”. Suzanne told me she was meeting with him Later on the 16th. I told Suzanne I would ring her on the 17th and depending on the outcome of her meeting as if there was further delay I would be requesting a full refund. Suzanne told me this will not be possible as one of my sofas has been made and the chaise so I would therefore not be issued with a full refund. I can concur with previous comments that Suzanne is very rude and threatening. It seems that Suzanne likes to have YOUR money in HER bank account and when you request for YOUR funds to be given back to you as she has not kept to her word of delivering what YOU paid for she becomes very threatening. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH Myself and my wife originally went into the Merthyr store on a Sunday and ordered a corner sofa and matching 3 seater sofa. Having originally been told by the girl in the shop they could not do a matching 3 seater she then spoke to the owner on the phone (Suzanne) who confirmed they could do one and as a result we paid for both sofas in full and awaited our 14 day delivery. We then received a phonecall the following week to advise it was actually not possible to supply the sofas we had ordered and had paid for and asking whether we would like to choose a different sofa. When we stated that we didn't they then called back and informed us that they could in fact do the sofas after all (suspicions raised). They also informed us that delivery would now be £60 as opposed to the £50 stated on our original order form (further suspicions raised about the professionalism of the company). On the original delivery date the sofas did not turn up despite being told all day they would be with us before 8pm and my wife taking the day off work. The sofas did finally arrive the following afternoon but when receiving delivery we quickly realised the sofas were not what we had ordered and had scatter backs instead of straight backs. The delivery drivers then proceeded to tell us that they don't do straight backs in the style we ordered so we rejected the sofas and they took them back. We then spoke to the Manager of the shop (Alex) later that afternoon and she confirmed it was not possible and took our card details in order to process a refund. Having then chased a refund for 10 days and told countless times by various staff members that it should be within our account within 5 days this was unfortunately not the case. We were even told by the owner herself (Suzanne) that the refund was on it's way and she also tried to see if we would again like any alternative sofas. We then called the following Monday and spoke to the owner again (Suzanne) who then confirmed there had been a mix-up, no refund had been processed and the girl who told us about the refund should not have done so as our sofas were still on order and were being specially made so they were not willing to refund us. By this point all trust in the company had been lost, we were originally told the order would take 14 days, and after being told for 10 days that we were getting a refund and it wasn't possible to fulfill our order then we did what any normal people would do and found other sofas! Suzanne is extremely rude and refused to accept any responsibility for the situation, continually referring to us as "awkward customers" and blaming her own staff for the situation despite even telling us herself at one point we would be getting a refund. The store Manager (Alex) was slightly more sympathetic about the situation and knew a refund had been promised but unfortunately Suzanne would not give her permission to arrange one and that we would have to go through Trading Standards. Thankfully we have now received a full refund after a stressful, long process going through Trading Standards. We regret not reading all the reviews on Google and Trust Pilot beforehand as we would never have dealt with Suzanne or the company as they quite clearly have a long history of similar sorts of situations. Read the reviews for yourself and stay well away from this company!
I ordered from trade price sofas may 2020, I was told 4 weeks turn around even during the pandemic they was still running & had no delays. I was 32 weeks pregnant so it was perfecting timing for me before the baby arrived. They was only accepting bank transfers as no one was working from the main show room but all from home. So I paid through bank transfer, I never received any kind of invoice /email I had to message on Facebook which was the only way you ever got a response & finally got sent a photo of a written invoice. I didn’t hear from them again until I contacted them After the 4 weeks regarding my order. I was told I would receive a phone call a few days before our delivery was due to arrange a date, a week later I messaged as I still hadn’t heard back & was told it would be the following week. I had to keep chasing them up as we was having new floor in the living room so wanted it to tie all in with throwing out old sofas doing floor and new sofas arriving. I then finally got given a date of Monday 15th June this was a extra 10 days on top of the 5 weeks already waited but that was fine .. it would still be in time for the baby! I contacted them again via messenger on the 13th to confirm on Monday I would get my sofas (they said you’d be contacted a few days before & I Hadn’t been so was worried I wasn’t going to be getting my sofas the 15th) I was told yes and I would be contacted Monday (the 15th) morning by sales. No phone call Monday so I rang them but no answer .. messaged again on Facebook & was told I was given wrong info sales team wouldn’t be calling me Monday morning delivery driver would call 30/60 mins before my delivery slot and he had 14 delivery’s to do. I messaged again at 5.30pm to be told delivery’s could be until 10pm! When 9.30pm came & we had no phone call I knew they wasn’t coming, I messaged again to be told there was a mix up with someone else who had ordered the exact same as me and it was their order out for delivery that day not mine. I messaged again very upset as I messaged every day for 3 days to make sure the sofas were coming on that day to be told yes every time, I messaged 4x that day and was told yes every time I was 36 weeks pregnant with no sofas & nothing to sit on in living room. I was told this was being looked into with the manufacture, with the factory, with everyone they had no answers for me. We was then told there was another sofa order in stock and I could have that one, then the next day was told they didn’t have my sofas, then I was told I could have someone else’s order who had asked for there order to be kept for a few weeks as they wasn’t ready for it, then they blamed the courier service that they wasn’t letting them know when they could deliver them, then I was told I would receive them the 20th June. I asked numerous times for someone to call me as every message sent got answered by someone else and it was getting very annoying. No one ever rang, I asked to speak to the owner 100x was told every day she would call and never did. Eventually a lovely lady called Linda called me and managed to sort us out, I think she felt very sorry for me I was about to give birth and didn’t need this kind of stress. I messaged 5x on the 20th june and eventually at 5pm my sofas arrived, we got the delivery driver to wait while we opened them and both sofas were marked, their is parts of the material missing& the feet were all scratched. We took photos of this & the delivery driver & got him to sign our invoice to say they was marked on opening and we wrote the same on his. I contacted them straight away to inform them and send photos, i didn’t hear back for 4 days & had to message another 2 times. I was told the director would be informed and contact me .. messaged another 2x 2 days later still nothing so then I said I wanted to put in a complaint and explained the whole situation. I had to message every day to get a response no director ever called me as promised & I was told I was getting sent a replacement in the next 2 weeks (which I didn’t for one second believe) we had to pay £100 for delivery their was no way someone else was going to cover this cost to replace our sofas .. 3 weeks later I messaged again to chase up“new sofas”to be told manufacturers had said they was not like that when they left them and they was bubble wrapped up so no damage would of came to them in transit it was our fault we had marked them and there would be no new sofas & Feet get scratched but they would send us new ones, I then sent the photos of the the signed invoice to say they was marked on arrival to us in which case they had no choice but to offer us a refund, which we finally got on the 19th august .. after 8 more ignored messages. Communication is terrible, you have no cover by sending bank transfer & they know this. There is a face book complaints page I wish I saw before ordering with over 450 members. Can not recommend such a shame as Sofas are lovely apart from marks!
We ordered our sofa last July, we was told it would be a 4 week wait which was fine as we needed to sell our other sofa. They said they’d get hold of us nearer the time, we heard nothing. When we contacted them we was told it would be delivered in two days, and they’d ring us the day before to confirm. So we sold our sofa the next day. Didn’t hear anything from them so again we contacted them, only to be told that it was there with them but we’d have to wait another week. Still nothing. Phoned again to say that we were coming to collect it ourselves and was finally told that it was still up in Manchester so we’d be waiting another week. (All this time we had no sofa in the living room with a toddler) Finally it arrived nearly 3 weeks after the original delivery date. Arrived without the detailed cushion on the two seater (which wasn’t major) but I contacted them anyway, was told to send photos so I did, fast response over text, the guy said no worries I’ll get that sorted for you.. we’re now 6 months down the line and no cushion was sorted. There’s hardly any filling in some parts, you can feel the wood through the material. The buttons keep falling out and they have long screws on the end of them and like I said we had a young child here. The sofa is lovely to look at from a far but that’s about it. Definitely won’t be buying from them again, especially after being lied to and waiting all that time for it to be delivered. Would not recommend!!
After reading all the reviews after I'd ordered the sofa, I was rather scared from all the horror stores It arrived on time and the courier guys were amazing and they even took my old sofa to its it's new home (for a fee of course) but this was a massive help and much appreciated at an excellent price The sofa it's self, well it's a 500 quid sofa and u get what u paid for. The quality isn't brilliant and not sure how long it will last. Definitely not the 17 years I had my old one. Hard the 2k sofa it's advertised at, I will say I love the cushions and how soft they are and how they spring back to life. But that's about the only positive. No much padding in the arms and material is quite loose and sagguly in parts. Be warned the design is way too low for me and has resulted in a bad back. But that's not the fault of trade price sofa's but if you suffer with aches and pains this is not the sofa for you If u want something cheap and cheerful which u replace every year or two then I'd say it's adequate. Can't see me keeping it a year if I'm honest.
If it were an option I would give ZERO stars! I bought dining chairs from Facebook marketplace video. I was given the option to pay by cash or bank transfer. Goods were loaded into my vehicle and purposely placed so damage was not visible until I unloaded. It's clear the damage is 'old' but Ms Price refused to exchange the chairs. Very ,very poor customer service. Reported to Trading Standards. If you buy, please please check all good very carefully before handing over any money as you have no chance afterwards.

Every time we have an amazing experience from start to finish, from the staff who cannot do enough for you! To the prompt delivery. Our financial situation has changed rapidly over the last few months but TPS had a finance plan that worked for us! We love our sofa. Thank you to Suzanne and Alex for all their help And by looking at these reviews, the majority of them have the wrong company! TPS is in Wales not London!
Trust me on this one. Trade price furniture is Trade price sofas same people same owner suzanne dickenson a absolute vile woman.if they can rip you off they, whether if its a poor quality sofa or a unknown increase on the finance, this company by all means is dishonest so please dont be fooled by their adds and soft talk, by brother had a sofa of them last september and it was very poor quality so they phoned them and told them, they said pick something else which they did on line as with the ways things are you have to play safe, big mistake the sofas they had 3 and a 2 was nothing like the pics online they was very small, plus they was marked all around absolute terrible week quality where you could feel timber framing in it and feel the sink holes, discusting!! my brother phoned them straight away and spoke to suzanne dickenson where she apologised and thanked him for sending her just some of the pictures on the damage to it. she said she would swap it straight away so once again he picked another for the same price which was £599 and she yes thats fine and to phone the merthyr branch to arrange delivery as she was in llantrisant , so he tried phoning merthyr numerous times to which he got one reply which was we are very busy i will phone you back but they never did, but he did get a message of suzanne saying she changed her mind and you can have your old one back which we had in the beginning, they said it will be repaired,sad to think tho something brand new which had to be repaired, anyway they argued and argued for weeks but got nowhere then they had no choice but to say ok we will have the old one back repaired, so weeks went by and phone calls carried on with the same response of them every time they was waiting on the supplier to get back to them .they gave them dates of when they would be having it but never happened ,then 2 weeks before xmas they said they supplier had been on the phone and their old sofa which was brand new mind ?? could not be repaired so they are doing them a brand new one on or around about the 11th, so ok they was happy so they had it on the monday jan 11th all good except when they checked their finance it was £799 not £599 they had totally ripped them off big time, they never had any paper work most was verbal, they do have photos of the conversation of sale with suzanne dickesson where its clearly stated £599 . my brother phoned them once again and actually got through to suzanne dickeson to where she said the first one you had was hard as rock thats how its 599 but the one you have now is 799 , but yet tps -tpf charged them 799 right from the start when it should of only been 599, any suzanne lives up to her name and did nothing and the only thing she was willing to do is pick the sofa up and cancel the whole agreement to which then my brothers family would have no sofa. so he cut his losses . she is a bad woman with a aweful conning buisness so please avoid her. 07828 480038 my number is here to verify im no hoax or liar and this is 100% true.
Oh my god! The made me pay 50 quid for a delivery a few miles down the road! And they were late, and they didn't ring me like the promised twice! Don't take my word for it, read the other reviews! Crooks! Crooks! Crooks! Trust pilot should remove them!

Blames her staff., tells evething to go to Tracy stander , then if you do, she’llthen say to you , your not having your future now because you’ve gone to trading standards oh can’t win!! lol she’s a joke . My advice to anyone thinking of dealing with this woman is don’t bother if you don’t wanna stress after stress after stress

Be careful when they offer SNAP finance, saw a sofa for £500, plus £50 delivery, no information other than sofa suite is £500, applied for snap finance then to be told 'sofa suite is £799, £500 is cash sale only'. No small print or fine print, so glad after reading the reviews i did not follow through with order, suzanne is rude and blunt, her messages were very unhelpful and how they can charge an extra £300 to use a interest free finance option shows how much they are scamming people. a sofa costing £500 would have cost me £300 more buying on interest free, work that out.
