Great product great service
When buying everything made easy. Friendly staff, courteous professional. When receiving everything well packaged and protected and arrives on time. I have about 10 Tracer batteries ranging from 10 amp hour - 24 amp hour batteries and they are amazing. You can put them to one side for six months plus and when you pick them up again, they’re still fully charged. The instructions say to put them on charge after that length of time and I do but most batteries six months down the line might well be dead. Tracer batteries live on. Very happy customer. Brian. Expensive for what it is. Packing it arrived in was ridiculously large. That might explain why postage was also expensive. I but similar items from China. Free postage and heaps cheaper.
Easy site to order from very fast delivery
I have still not received the battery I purchased. I have chased it on multiple occasions and received multiple promises that it is 'on its way' from Tracer and from the courier, but it is still not here one week later. Tracer have been slow to respond to emails and dismissive, stating that once the battery has been dispatched, it's not their responsibility anymore.
