Ordered a package. I was told it shipped and then radio silence. No tracking number and no responses to my emails when I ask for help. I'm waiting until the end of the month then I'm starting a chargeback. If my package arrives on the meantime I will edit my review.
Scam alert. They take your money then tell you it’s a refundable insurance you have to buy to get your package. Asked for a refund and they have stopped responding to any attempt I make to them
Toys And Games is a scam, took my money and then held my supposedly delivered package at ransom. Apparently they can get a package delivered to a California airport mid day and flown to Illinois, sorted through usps system and delivered via usps to a storage facility in under 24 hours. Then once they said they had the package on-site, they hold the package ransom for an additional $300-$500 as a Refundable “insurance” fee. I had text conversations with 2 people and spoke to one of them. I tried calling the other but they said they were busy and could not talk but had an hour to instantly respond to text messages. Based on similar grammatical errors and sentence structure, I believe I was sending text messages to the same person with two different google phone numbers. I am now out a lot of money and keep getting told to pay the additional money to have my package delivered instantly.
