Poor quality. Nightstands were really short. Dresser is staining clothes in the drawer. Regret this purchase so much.

They sent me a broken dresser. Unless you send in the damage the day of, they don’t care about your broken item. I sent in pictures the 3rd day instead of the first day, so now they won’t do anything about the broken dresser they sent me. $1000+ dresser . never ordering from them again.

I recently purchased the Leah dining table and it's really a gorgeous piece of furniture. The delivery went well, drivers were helpful beyond their job description, and it was well worth the price. My only complaint - and this is a hard one to nail down, because it's unorthodox and almost impossible to determine where in the supply chain this would've happened - is that the packaging released a whole tribe of spiders into the house after being opened. Like, 10+ spiders, all of the same species. I really do wish I were kidding because what an unholy nightmare, but it has sort of been like living in Aragog's cave for the last two weeks and Hagrid is nowhere in sight. Again, I know this sounds ridiculous, but check your furniture packaging before bringing it inside. The product itself exceeds expectation, but I may have to sell the house I bought it for.

I recently bought a dining set from TOV. I got their beatrix chairs and adeline table and could not have been happier!! The whole experience was seamless and the quality of the furniture is a steal for the cost. The table and chairs compliment each other so well, everyone who walks in comments on it. The chairs came with no damages and were super simple to put together- I couldn't have asked for a better set!

TOV service is A+++ they deserve more than 5 stars. I received my order and the mirror was cracked they immediately shipped me a knew one!! Comes with neat packaging and an adorable slogan! They are never boring:) I have their magnificent butterfly mirror which is in my daughters room and I am constantly getting compliments and people asking where I got it! Will definitely make another TOV purchase I highly recommend their products!

Design is awesome and customer service team and delivery is on point! I started to order few beds, chairs for some projects and now ordering entire house furniture with TOV. So happy with quality, design and service!

For the 10 years I'm living in the US I've never experienced such a worst fraudulent service. TOV Furniture arranged a delivery date without notifying me. I only got a message that they were sorry they missed me and I need to reschedule. On the same day, I've got an email from TOV Furniture about a request to pay money for the second delivery. They charged a full delivery fee for the first attempt when they chose a delivery date randomly arranged between themselves, and they are asking to pay the same amount again for re-delivery. There is much more to add about how they lied and eventually they are attempting to charge me hold fees. This all brought me to an entire level of filing a small claim. This company will charge you for nothing and lie to you about details that even contradict their policy and they still attempt to charge. Noneducated, and not professional!

It's was a very good shop with inspiration and and good furnitures. Fast delivery and sweet helpers :)
