I was lucky to find Touchstone after the company that I had previously used for many years had gone into liquidation. Touchstone are an exceedingly efficient and professional firm to deal with. I used them for two kitchen worktops on a couple of projects. They use a computerised laser system for measuring worktops - not the antiquated templates. Their work was spot on. The two teams involved were very pleasant to deal with and did not hang about in finalising everything.

From walking into the showroom discussing our plans with Alpesh to having the worktops installed by Tiago and his team in the rush up to Xmas our minds was at ease that we've made the correct decision in choosing Touchstone. Dave and the team at Touchstone were recommended by my builder. (We dodged a bullet by almost booking a complete cowboy to supply and install our worktop). After a professional, reassuring chat with Dave we realised we needed to get these guys to take on our project. They came out to template and installed a beautiful Silestone worktop in just over a week. Just brilliant. Have recommended them to friends since who have also gone on to use them.

Had been looking for ages for a piece of granite that would fit a worktop - Touchstone were great and provided just what I was looking for. Excellent service from the first phonecall through templating and measuring (done with lasers, so you know it will be spot-on!) all the way to installation. The quote was competitive and we got exactly the worktops we wanted. Good communication throughout ensured there were no delays, but the proof is in the pudding as they say, and our Silestone Doradus worktops look AMAZING! Definitely recommend Touchstone to anyone.

Touchstone Worktops is a first class place. Very prompt in all queries and responses and fast work from time of template to time of fitting the countertop. Prices were very competitive and workmanship was A*. I highly recommend Touchstone.

We went out to visit the workshop and John and the team were very helpful. The options of what was available was great, and the example showroom was good to see what options were available. The best thing of all though, was the turnaround time. We had our benchtops within days of order. Great experience.

Extremely professional, superb service. Very helpful from the initial email contact, through the visit to the showroom, to the survey and the installation. They delivered when they said they would, turned up on time and completed the work very swiftly, taking great care to ensure that (on a very wet day) the floorings in the rest of the property were properly protected as they came through. Delighted with the finished product.

David, Ricardo and the team of installers were very professional and prompt with quoting, templating and installing. We were kept well informed along the way of the schedule and the fitters always showed up when they said they would. Having approached around a dozen suppliers, most of which were either ludicrously expensive or blatantly unreliable, we stumbled upon Touchstone and were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of service they offered. A common problem when having worktops designed is that manufacturers tend to underestimate the number of stone slabs needed, particularly when pricing via the Web, while putting in small print that the final price will only be set after templating. Touchstone gave us a guaranteed price based on our measures and additional features (overhang, finish etc.) which was what we paid in the end. They also have a wide selection of stones from all major brands (Silestone, Caesarstone etc.) but we opted for a Quartzforms one, for which they managed to get us a very good price. Since we had builders in the flat, Touchstone was in contact with us weekly to finalize the templating date. Their team came as agreed, took the measures, and once this was done, it took them only 5 days to deliver the worktop. Superb service and highly recommended.
