we purchased modello shiny plus con rotelle e maniglia and after just 2 uses the top shelf colapsed even with light use (no weight put on it) We sent a video showing the shelf with no fixings in, just tape. We asked for a refund but we were told we could either have a replacement or a £100 back. We did not want another the same as the same thing would happen. We continued to email Stefania insisting on a refund and we have been told that they will now refund us but we must smash the trolley to pieces before they will return our money. We will destroy the case when we get our money back but not until then. We have been waiting now for 8 weeks with no resolution. UPDATE: After submitting a poor review here TOSONI immediately arranged for a refund which took 5 days, we are happy that the matter has now been resolved and have adjusted our score of 1 to 4
