Justin Lee Godsey, a long time conman owned and operated this business. He has recently been sentenced to 27 months in Federal Prison for nearly $900,000 in fraud. He is on a credit car BLACK LIST for many credit card and money laundering scams in the past. BEWARE. I dropped off two large boxes of hotwheels totaling well over $3000-$5000 on the open market. I was told by Justin Lee Godsey and an unrelated employee that my hotwheels would be sorted through and the duplicates picked out to be consigned to them to sell. Long story short, months go by without contact despite my efforts and eventually I find out my entire collection has been sold off without my consent and i have received none of the money for it. At this point it was dumb of me to think that Justin or anyone he works with had integrity enough to pay me back. Yet here we are, months and months of messaging later I am still missing $3000. He admitted many times that he owes me the money and lied many times about paying it back. Now recently in late December he was sentenced to prison. So here goes the 27 month wait to see Mr. Godsey again for a possible return on my money.

Had 2 pre-orders from Dec 2022 and Jan 2023. In Aug 2023 I was "refunded" for the Jan 2023 order by the company cancelling that and Dec 2022 was indicated as "shipped". Refund never arrived and neither did "shipped" order. Sent email in Oct 2023. Company did not respond to any emails sent (checked all email folders). Contacted them through Instagram with no forward progress. Submitted complaint with Better Business Bureau. Finally got responses on Instagram. Was told to submit a request for payment through PayPal. I did that and now after 2 weeks and no repayment they've ghosted me on And still no email responses. Their website has been down since Oct when I tried to get tracking number for "shipped" order. I'm not the only person this has happened to from this company. I CAN NOT recommend doing any business with a company that does not communicate

I ordered 12/13/22, the original ETA was delivery by Christmas. Christmas came and went, no shipment and no update. I reached out several times, no response. When I finally got a response they told me to keep waiting, so I did. Finally in 5/11/23 they told me they couldnt fulfill the order, after half a year of waiting. I requested a refund. It is now 8/10/23 with no refund and I've followed up on the refund 10+ times and they do not respond. Avoid at all costs, this seems like a scam. Receipt #1172-1349

Thieves. They're aware that they owe me $364.60 and are throwing attitude that I want MY MONEY back. Thieves.

Over the last 7 months I have placed 3 orders. First one was for somthing that was not a preorder and in stock on the website months goes by finally able to get a refund and got put into tomiking points. 2nd order was for some tech decks,again in stock just dropped and spent my 40$ on there plus 10$ out of pocket for 2 of them and all I get refunded was 10$ and my last order I got a Datsun 510 and a diorama well what I got was completely different diorama and a completely different Datsun 510 so after finally getting my 1 out of 3 orders i am done buying from tomiking sorry guys but I am taking my business else where cause im just getting robbed at this point thanks

I placed several purchases with this online seller in January 2023, some of which were delivered, most of which were not. I’m out $100s worth of items, so I chased them down for months asking for my items to be shipped. Eventually, months later I find out they either didn’t have them in stock or sent them to wrong person. None of which is my fault. Annoying but fine, I was offered a refund to my bank account. I never received it. I complained for months with screenshots of my bank, records of my purchases, and professional communication. Fast forward to this month, I was offered a PayPal refund. The owner said to request and he would honor it. Requested the refund the SAME day. Today is the end of the month (June 2023) and it has not been honored. He claims the money has left his bank account, but has not sent a screenshot for me to verify with my bank. He offered to show me a screenshot or proof, but shows me nothing, making me believe it’s a lie to just keep my money. He posts memes and funny stories while routinely ignoring my comments, messages, and emails. I wouldn’t buy from him again. There are numerous other people with the same sentiment. The sheer amount of emails I’ve sent is going unanswered or a canned response. I've been blocked on Facebook, force unfollowed on Instagram, and does not reply to ANYTHING. I hope to get my refund but I doubt it.

Thief’s!!! They have not replied back to my emails, messages via Instagram regarding an order I placed back in December. They kept saying that the order was in progress and suddenly it wasn’t available when I pre-ordered. I paid over $300 and they have not refunded me and are ignoring my messages!! I won’t stop until I get my money back! I work hard for my money and you won’t keep it!!! Beware!! You keep blocking my comments and I will keep posting until you refund my money!!! They keep blocking me from commenting on Facebook and Instagram because they are thief’s!!

Pre-order placed in October of 2022, ETA was supposed to be December. Got pushed out to January. Got pushed out to Feb. By late April, I requested a refund. They claimed that a refund was initiated and it would take 15 business days (3 weeks) to process. After 4 weeks, I still didn't have my funds so I reached back out. They asked if I had a PayPal account to initiate the refund, which I do. I responded with my PayPal email. After that, still no refund and they've ignored my last 8 emails that I sent over the last two weeks. Don't buy from these guys.

Placed an order back in Feb ‘22. Waited until Oct. Never received my orders. I reached out them, MULTIPLE TIMES, and finally got a reply and got a refund through store credit. BAD. IDEA. Placed another order the next day, still in Oct ‘22, with items listed *in store* and somehow they are on back order now??? So it’s it’s almost Jun’23 now and I can’t even login into my account. I didn’t delete or change my password. So tired of dealing with these folks. I’m probably going to be out on $60 and wasted time. They make small businesses look bad. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

Pre orders made easy. Only ever pre ordered from them and it’s been a smooth experience. Hope to visit the shop soon.

Owner is a complete scammer , will take your money and not ship/deliver your item, hes also currently umder investigation by the FBI , look up Justin Godsey!

SCAM. Just a warning to all, they have you pre-order so far in advance that its difficult to dispute with your credit card and then they don't deliver and ignore you. I've been trying to get my Nov 22' order and they wont respond to me. Order #4373. Don't waste your money. They instantly blocked me on facebook so no one could see my warning to others. They lie, cheat, and steal but don't care. They take advantage and have no integrity or conscience. I hope if there is anyone good in that company, they get out and live decently.

I preordered four cars off their website back in October 2022 . It listed on their site that their stock would arrive in November 2022, so I purchased these as Christmas gifts. Now it’s May and I never got the cars, no emails, no updates. I email them and got ghosted the first time. Second email they told me they would issue me a refund but it’s been a month now and I still haven’t gotten my money back. Do not ever purchase from them. So disappointed.

Previously my experience wasn’t the best but lately they’ve been fantastic. Hope to visit the shop soon!

they will take your money and never send your items... they will not communicate... pretty sure they are a ponzi scheme.

Only good things to say. Ordered a claim sale from their Instagram and it arrived in about 3 days total.

I searched for reviews for Tomiking, as I wanted to make sure he gets my comment: Paid for my pre-order #5301 on October 21, 2022. Tomiking website shows 5 of my item in stock for sale, but Tomiking never sent me my pre-order. Let me also add that I have tried to email him, call him, facebook him, left him a bad review on his site, but he didn't post, left him negative comments on facebook, which he removed...and he made no attempt to get in touch with me. This was my first order from him...and I will never order from him again. I will now need to contact my credit card company to let them know, he never delivered my pre-order, and to get a refund. Ha ha ha...seems Tomiking has just decided to restrict me from his facebook page, as I am trying to let people know of his deceitful business practices...just goes to show his character. Rather than send me my paid for order, he chooses to remove my negative comments. Well Tomiking, I will post in places that you have a presence and don't have the ability to remove my comments.
