TOIT has a wide range of training resources, from high level Security and PM to hardware basics like A+. Their courses are relevant and timely, a pleasant surprise for me. These are current versions of software and certification paths. My sales team, particularly the sales manager Symon Nadeem, are extremely helpful. Working with them has been a great experience for me and my team.
The customer service has been very good and the training is seamless. A lot of features and subjects to choose from. Broad range of topics to learn from.
The product is exactly what was promised. I purchased this for a group of student interns and the access to the quantity and diversity of courses is precisely what I wanted for them. It has opened up many opportunities and came in at a great price. Support has been responsive and we have yet to run into any serious issues. I see some negative reviews regarding phone calls and sales is certainly persistent. But the product itself is fantastic if this is what you are looking for. The consistent follow up from sales team was beneficial in setting up the program and guaranteeing it's successful launch
Been calling My company for over a year every single month. I have told them every single call I am not interested, Management is not interested. And they just follow up with Okay we call you next month, and then send me a meeting invite that I have not asked for. At some point you'd think this point would come across. Now if I ever was interested in their product I no longer will ever in my life use it due to there relentless and scammy behavior of cold calling me after I have said no 1-2 times per month for over a year. Our receptionist now recognizes the guys voice and tries to filter them out.
I have told them over and over that I am not interested. The first time they spoofed my workplace phone number (to my cell phone) I was confused about how they had called me. That's when I realized they were spoofing their phone number. They do not quit!! It doesn't matter how strongly I tell them that I refuse to do business with them, they still call back!!!

We are new the the program but what I can say is that the initial meetings and setup of the program was very easy and Syman has been a very friendly and knowledgeable person to work with. I look forward to using these trainings with my team and expanding our knowledge base.
Got a call from this company to our help desk. The caller ID showed as someone who used to work for our company. They asked to speak to our CIO which was a huge red flag and gave a name of James William as their name. I asked what the reason for their call was and they could only say "IT". No information on the company and what they were about. Edit for clarification: I asked for a call back number because we don't transfer our help desk calls directly to our CIO. They gave 909.760.0217 and did say they were calling from TOIT (pronounced like To I.T.)

Syman does great job explaining the TOIT training abilities. I have been a customer for the last 2 years. The training they offer are far better than the other training companies I used in the past, especially at this price, and they provide what they say they will. If you have problem, you call him and he has it resolved quickly. My staff has reported all the training has been above par too.

Syman always reaches out to make sure the training product we have is working fine and is satisfying our needs. He lets us know about new products and features that come out. He is also isn't overly pushy about selling a product. If we have any problems he makes sure they are handled and follows up.
Syman is well rounded, does an amazing job explaining the products and the cost is reasonable.
