Despite the eye watering price for next day delivery, I'm all round very pleased with the bog roll. I'm also surprised at how clear the photo has come out. I dare say in the near future I will be back, i will be back for another order, as it's totally worth another laugh! Many thanks, Carl.
What a huge let down of a company.....they failed on 2 separate occasions to deliver my items and then decided just to cancel the order and refund my money. First time, I waited 10 days for the order to arrive which it didn’t, even though their website says 4-5 days. I then emailed and was advised that the order got ‘rejected’ for some reason but no one bothered telling me this until I chased. Second time, they accepted the order and promised delivery, which was around 17 days after my original order. Surprise surprise it didn’t arrive. 3 emails chasing and I am then told by a senior member of their team that they ‘have not been able to print and dispatch’ my order yet as they have been busy ‘working with a very important client’. Hence, I understood this very clearly to read that new clients who give small orders, are unimportant and not valued as much as bigger clients. A company to avoid if you expect simple professional courteous service.
