Erika has been a brilliant customer success manager for our booking, her communication and attention to detail has been amazing. Even with the short notice she was able to secure our catering with ease and really take the pressure off, can't wait to work with her again in the future.

After our previous caterers cancelled our booking, Erika was very quick to respond and re-opened our request for caterers. She kept in regular contact with us and was very helpful through the whole process. We found and booked our new caterers within 3 days. She made the whole thing stress free! 100% recommend booking through feast it!

I honestly cannot fault Feast It - we needed a street food caterer for an event we are holding in just a few weeks time and the process from start to finish has been faultless - from inputting our details to the quotes coming in and finding/booking exactly what we were looking for. I also cannot fault the suppliers who are joined with Feast It - overall fantastic experience and will use for all future requirements.

Quotes came to us based on our budget and food preferences. By Feast-it giving feedback regarding slightly raising the budget (£1- extra per person) they were able to get significantly more companies interested, who then quoted and we had a good choice of suppliers and food options

Feast It provided us with a link to Greek Graze who were very good, providing lovely Greek food for our party. I found the Feast It 'dashboard' quite difficult to use at times and couldn't easily find and respond to messages. This was problematic over the New Year period when the office was closed, but I had a query over a payment. Also there was no easy way of them providing a summary of the final agreement with the catering company just the trail of messages. Overall I was pleased with my experience of Feast It.

A really easy to use site with very professional and personalised service. I recently booked a caterer via Feast It for a client of mine. It was the first time I had used Feast It but I would highly recommend it. Both Erika at Feast it and Giordano at Taverna Catering were super helpful and my client was extremely happy with the event execution.

Communication was great from James making things simple from start to finish, the website is easy to use to find what you are looking for and the quality of the caterer that we chose was perfect.
