As someone who has been burnt by caterers letting me down in the past, I really appreciate the extra reassurance that you get with Togather - especially that they hold your money safely in a dedicated account until after your event has taken place. My preferred caterer was very fast at replying and when any hiccups/errors came up with Togather's system the Customer Service people that I spoke to were fast to reply as well. Improvements that I would like with the Togather system is for it to be clear whether VAT is included in supplier quotes. The event hasn't happened yet but I feel reassured by the extra support and protection that Togather provides with its Togather Protect service (at an additional cost).
