They are so insightful that they'll connect you with experts who can help you with your projects. you really get the feeling they want to help you rather than push product. their online is great, but I think it could be helpful if the online store had recommended/related items under the item you're browsing. I found the website awkward to navigate as, I hadn't crossed the T's and dotted the I's so to speak. It kept referring me back to something that I hadn't done but, didn't tell me what ! Not a massive problem but, making transactions more time consuming than they needed to be. Apart from that, I found the instructions, not to turn up at the store until summoned, ( for one bag of cement.) A bit over the top !!

Like lots of people, I lost two fence panels with the help of Storm Darragh recently. I ordered two 6x6 shiplap panels online on Saturday evening. Monday morning I received a phone slip from TJ O'Mahony confirming my order and telling me to expect them soon. Lunch time Monday they arrived and the delivery guy left them for me at the side of the house. Easy to order online with a top class delivery service. 👌
