I was very happy with my orders there was a little hiccup. But Shauna sorted it very quickly and it was lovely to converse with Shauna and a company that actually cares about there customers from Shauna to the warehouse staff and the delivery driver everyone was very pleasant.
Ordered at 2:30pm. Hand delivered at 5:30pm the same day. Brand new unopened box and sealed. All good.
I placed an order for clam-shell flooring with Arklow branch in September. The deliveries were warped with most boards unusable. The second delivery were also defective. I have since made 11 phone calls and send several emails with photos and no response. While the staff were courteous they done nothing and never return calls. The customer service is beyond bad to include head office. Avoid this supplier.

When a company is focused on meeting the customers' needs; the right products at the right price almost sell themselves. Conor and Danny are great: excellent advice when needed. And I love the winged fixings for plasterboard. On one visit Danny's adviced helped me get the job done without making a purchase. Today I'm going back to buy something else. Thanks gents!
Great service. The package was wrapped by bubblewrap and protected at the corners but there was no carboard packaging. One of the thin sheet side covers was bent a bit. I bent it back but some paint came off.

The gang in Arklow, were great to deal with. Such a fast turn around for collection. Ready to be collected within the hour. We went in to collect the order and Patrick behind the counter, was extremely friendly and helpful. Talked us into also buying a BBQ. Thank you TJ O'Mahony.
The staff are excellent and very helpful, if they don't have what your looking for they will give you another option of a similar item, your products are of a very high standard, and your location is very accessible traffic wise.
Ordered some parts online which was a simple process When I went to the ballymount branch the girl that looked after me was not very nice.she could do with a lesson on customer service.and maybe someone could teach her how to say thank you.
