Unlike these companies, we hand-craft all our own designs in our workshop in Lancashire by our very own time-served upholsterers, seamstresses and cutters, many of whom have grown up with the business. So much so that we invite you to come along personally to watch the expert skills and eye for detail of our master craftsmen first hand via our unique viewing gallery in our showroom. Canapés et pouf Oxford rouge antique très beaux (mieux que sur les photos). Finition parfaite. Confort ferme. Belle étiquette cousue mentionnant "fait main en angleterre". Contact sans problème, livraison angleterre => ile-de-france sans problème (sur RV entre 9h et 15h avec obligation de porter nous-mêmes les canapés du camion jusqu'au salon). Emballage soigné. Paiement en euros par virement avant livraison. Très content de notre achat.

Today we have received our new sofa in Barcelona and it is very very nice! You are really good! The sofa is awesome! We would also like to recognize the fantastic job done by the whole Export Team, and very especially by Pauline. We truly believe that the excellent customer experience we’ve got from your company would not have been possible without Pauline’s help, support, etc during the whole process (i.e. since the very beginning with the many questions we had, samples requested, etc; later on with the updates on production and finally now with the delivery support and updates). Excellent communication, good prices, great product. The store arranged shipping of the sofas to dubai and what we saved in VAT covered the shipping - considering furniture options in dubai are limited to extortionate or bargain basement (no middle ground) this is an option I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone in the middle east.

This is my 3rd furniture already. I voted for a Gainsborough swivel chair this time and enjoyed the same accurate service as usual, from Internet command to delivery in Germany. The chair is definitely beautiful and comfortable, I am using it in my office now every day. Nevertheless I have 2 remarks: First, the swivel system isn't as precise as with an office chair - the seat swivels as a whole, not only its back. Second, the downside of the arm rests front isn't covered with leather - there is just raw wood. As hands are touching this part easily, I would have expected a better finsh here.
Canapé arrivait en France à la date prévu, très bonne relation au téléphone, parle français ce qui est un atout, les réponses par mail sont très rapide, le fait main irréprochable jusque dans les plus petits détails, les finitions pareil très bien faite, plus beau que sur les photos, maison très sérieuse. Très satisfait de mon achat je recommande.
Quick reliable on time
I ordered my chairs from the UK all the way over to Canada. The girls at Saxon were very helpful and easy to work with as communicating with time changes can be difficult. They set up all the transportation and shipping and ensured they even supplied a customs officer to bring the items through customs. Even though its a 2 to 3 month process the chairs are high quality and not available in Canada. I would order again from them. Just ensure you have time to wait as the process can feel long as delays do happen.
I ordered 2 sofas to be shipped to Netherlands. They are fabulous, amazing craftsmanship!!! And so is the team at TC, they take their time for you, help you make the best choices. I highly recommend this company and their products.
