4 working days from order to delivery despite the web page saying 14 to 17 days. Quality of wood is good. Only thing missing was a notification that the wood was to be delivered and what date the delivery will be. App and information good.
Reasonable prices and good products, there was a bit of a lack of delivery info, no contact beforehand, was just left outside I'm the rain.

Timber2udirect were quick to contact me after receiving my order to say there would be a delay as they had insufficient items in stock. I'm glad they did that so I was aware and could reschedule work, rather than being left waiting. I would have given 5 stars had the items actually been in stock ready to ship!
