I would like to thanks to Ticketkosta for seats they provided su many many teams. We use to travel a lot across the whole Europe. Last game we attended Real Madrid - PSG, tickets (season cards) were delivered day before the game in Madrid. Everything was communicated in advanced and without any complication. Seats were excellent and game was amazing!! We are loooking forward for another game! Definetelly recommend Ticketkosta 😊
Booked three side field tickets for France-England rugby, first neither replies nor confirmations after payment. The phone is not answered and the "emergency" WhatsApp gets back to you hours after you contact them. We were supposed to get the tickets two days before the game, had to drive from Switzerland (7 hours), we finally got them at 1 pm same day of the game (we had actually left the highway to u-turn and return back home). Then, the category did not match what we paid for, a lot ie 1400€ for three. This operation is a scam and you will be much, much better off buying on stubhub or any other serious company. Ticketkosta does not deserve to be in this business. We will anyway go the the game in a couple of hours but, frankly, I will not even be surprised if the tickets are fake or have been sold multiple times¨ one of my worst customer's experience ever.
Really good seats for the champions league match Real Madrid V PSG, tickets were received a week ago the party, fast answer by email. Perfect !
J'ai réservé 2 billets pour Benfica/Ajax en LDC pour faire un cadeau à mon fils de 11 ans. J'ai reçu dans les 24h les 2 places par email ( 1 abonnement et une place avec QR code). Malheureusement à l'arrivée au stade, je me vois refuser l'accès sur la place de l'abonné. Une grosse frayeur a 1h du debut du match.Grâce à la réactivité du site par e-mail j'ai pu obtenir 2 nouvelles places au début du match. Pensez a vérifier si vous avez bien le QR code sur votre billet. Au final, UN SITE FIABLE . Merci ! ( PS: Privilégier le contact mail au tel pour la réactivité)

I received 2 complimentary tickets for the Chelsea v Spurs match this month, due to an issue with other tickets I purchased last year. My father and his friend went to the match, and were very happy with their seats. I was able to contact ticketkosta via WhatsApp to ensure the tickets were coming and I had a response literally instantly. Flights were booked (as we were coming from N. I.) and 5 days before the match I had the tickets on my phone 😀. Very happy with everything and will definitely use them again 👍
UPDATE - I HAVE JUST BEEN CONTACTED BY TICKET KOSTA AND HAVE NOW RECEIVED CONFIRMATION OF MY PURCHASE AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE TICKETS. Is this a scam company?? I paid £345 mid December, no confirming email, no nothing, phone numbers do not work they do not reply when you submit an enquiry on their in house email form. Does anyone know of anyway to reach them and either get the tickets or confirmation they will arrive - or claim back for a refund?
Tickets sold with a restricted view however no indication at point of sale that the tickets had a restricted view. Very disappointed customer.

Leicester city vs Spartak Moscow We are Russian living Uk, were skeptical at first when we ordered tickets to the visiting stand, but everything went well, got tickets at the designated place 2 hours before the game, very good experience and service, recommend
We went to city v PSG. Easy booking and communication leading up to game. We had to drive to Manchester to collect tickets but it was an easy process. Met someone In a local bar. They Upgraded our seats as I thought I had online tickets and had a great view of the pitch. We even ended up sitting in front of Noel Gallagher so was amazing to see Messi and Noel in one night. Thanks and would recommend.
Scam, do not buy from them. Bought tickets to City x Psg, tickets were never delivered, then same day of match they tell me my ticket was upgraded to vip 😂, and I should collect them from ticket office. Arriving there obviously there was no ticket and I was told they aren’t recognised as official seller. They still tried to tell me on WhatsApp someone would call me to give the tickets, which was obviously another lie. Luckily I bought other tickets through viagogo and was able to watch the match.

Really bad customer service.Bought tickets for the Man City Vs PSG game for Wednesday 24th November. This was a present for my 8 year olds Birthday. Sent numerous emails as I still haven’t received tickets to be told I would receive 2 - 3 days before. Contacted the watsapp support to be told there was a delay in Man City issuing the tickets. Now as I write this just one day before the event I have contacted the watsapp support at Ticketkosta to ask when I will receive my tickets. They told me to be a little more patient!!!!!! Absolutely shocking customer service I have paid a lot of money for these tickets and I wouldn’t expect such a poor response. This experience with Ticketkosta has been very stressful and I would not recommend
