I purchased Deep Sleep Overnight Cream after smelling a sample being sold by a major retailing group. It smelled divine, i tested it on back of my hand, it was very smooth and the wonderful smell of Lavender oil lingered for ages.. I checked out This Works website and there was an offer making the product less expensive than from the retailer. However, when it arrived there is hardly any smell of Lavender, infact it's a chemical like smell. The cream does not moisturise my skin at all, my skin is normal, my skin feels very dry in the mornings. I am Very Disappointed indeed. Is this cream old and out of date or just a con? I will certainly not buy anything else from This Works!

Decided to try the cleavage and neck serum after seeing it on Instagram. Up to now I've been using Clarins chest and neck serum and was OK with it, but the difference after just 2 months of using This Works is actually really noticeable! I took a 'before' pic after first use, and have religiously applied the produce twice a day for 2 months. Im still on the same bottle but have reordered already. The 'creases' that were visible are no longer so prominent, I still can't quite believe it!

This Works products are a green wash - they claim to use natural non-harmful ingredients but I have just had an allergic reaction to their "in-transit close up camera" primer and my friend scanned it using the Yuka app and it came back with the lowest possible score of 1/100! The list of harmful ingredients were shocking and included carcinogenic substances and releases formaldehyde!! This is the last thing I expected from this brand which claims to be free from nasties. Total waste of money, and shame on the company for allowing people to unknowingly use harmful products on their skin.

The CBD products website failed to allow me to buy the goods despite entering all required info and then when I called to try to place the order over the phone I was told I'd need to tell them my banks secure code to make the payment. Utterly hopeless and unsecure.

I placed an order and a week later you told me there had been an error with it because one of the items I ordered was out of stock. You said you would send it by next day and honour the free gift even though I had effectively not spent enough. You didn't send it until several days later and by way of an apology, you gave me a special 15% discount code against my next purchase. There was nothing special with this because a 15% discount card was in the box when it finally arrived and I have received numerous emails since, offering me 15% off my next order.

Oh boy.. it's clear I'm not the only one facing the entirely inappropriate shenanigans of this company and its dreadful quality products. So quite simply.. the pillow spray does not work - the packaging is useless.. after a couple of uses (absolutely nothing special about the fragrance - in fact, it smells really cheap and ineffective to me), the atomiser head got stuck in the lid and having eventually managed to get it free it no longer dispenses the product. So I sent an entirely polite email to the company - wondering if this was a known product fault and the response was to tell them the product codes on the packaging and send them a video. No time to mess about like that so replied asking if they could just collect it (I mean that way they can take as many videos as they like). Response was 'I have discussed this request with my supervisor and unfortunately, without these details we will be unable to process your refund as this order has passed our 30-day moneyback guarantee.' It was like the 31st day since purchase. Quite clearly they are pleading ignorant to consumer laws/rights. Immediately clear what type of business this is - especially having now read the many other dreadful encounters with this company. Yet another unscrupulous outfit to give a wide berth in future.

Going to give a neutral review of the website service, seems the delivery was handled in a reasonable time, but as they didn't communicate to me that they shipped or delivered it, and wasn't in at the time, it has been hidden in front garden for 6 days without me knowing, and only found out after asking them 9 days after placing order why my order wasn't showing as shipped. Product seems OK.

Ella in Customer Service was brilliant and very efficient. I had a problem with my order (my fault) and it was sorted out in superfast time. It's the first time I have shopped online with ThisWorks and I am very impressed. I haven't received the deep sleep pillow spray yet. If it works for me I will definitely be back for more.

Deep Sleep Pillow Spray is useless, just fragranced water. Tried it for a week - it ended up in the bin. They remove negative reviews from their website.

Very quick postage & well packaged. I’ve used their pillow spray before which was great & I read good reviews about the baby lavender oil. I looked on their website and the lavender oil was on sale for £1!! It’s normally £12, so I ordered 3 bottles. (Still on Amazon for £12!) The oil smells gorge and it’s very relaxing for my little one which helps them sleep. All good & will shop from them again.

Pillow spay is so useful as I travel alot for work and am constantly in hotels. I've always had issues with sleeping away from home and using the spray consistently has made getting to sleep anywhere so much easier.

This DOESN'T work! Slow delivery, damaged box on arrival, product doesn't do what it claims - overpriced waste of money, should have known!

They leave my skin feeling refreshed and clean and I cannot wait to bring them with me on holidays. I also purchased their deep sleep spray and it really works, I've slept great and smells lovely. I'd really recommend their products!

I was bought an eye cream, as a gift. When I opened it, it was brown, and smelt really bad. I immediately contacted This Works, and was refused a replacement, as I had no proof of purchase. At the end of the day, it’s their product, which has turned rancid. I’ve never know beauty products do that, and am disgusted the company wouldn’t do anything about it

Absolute criminals. They claim they give you a refund if the product does not work for you and it is sent back. I have messaged them 5 times now and they keep saying it’s been sent to customer services as urgent! They don’t refund you as they say it’s a s am! Avoid!

I used to love this company and still use their original sleep spray daily. Around Christmas I bought their stress roll on and nothing came out so it was clearly defective. I sent them an email and in order for me to get a refund, I would have had to print something, pay for postage and then potentially be refunded. Of course I am ready to send it back but who has a printer these days. I can’t help but wonder if this process was built so people wouldn’t send things back as this is exactly what happened to me. Going somewhere, paying to print, going to the post office, paying postage myself, then waiting for a few weeks is not good customer experience. I have spent hundreds of pounds re buying the sleep spray but now I’m looking for alternatives due to this.

Definitely buy the Skin deep dry leg oil!!!! I suffer with dry skin all over and this product has changed the game for me. Thank you this works !!
