Reliable, good record keeping helped me re-order

My order came from two different suppliers, one delivered to the correct site address, the other tried to deliver 6m lengths of steel to the company offices. This was refused and the order was delivered to site. On inspection of the order, one badly needed item was missing holding up installation until I could purchase the item locally. I thought that the time scale between order and delivery was very poor, ( 2 Days) I am used to ordering one day and receiving that order the next day. If this national company cannot achieve this level of service then it will not last very long in the construction trade.

Good value, not always the cheapest, but what single shop is? Quality of goods is good and as described and service is prompt. Never any problems with many transactions.

I have already started using these Ultimate screws and find them all that they are cracked up to be. There is positively no camout and they are very superior to both Phillips and Pozidrive . The starter point on the screws enables very easy starting and they drive very well, even in wet timber.

I have been purchasing Unistrut products from THESITEBOX.com over the past year. They have never let me down - delivery of stock items is generally the next day. Non-stock items come direct from Unistrut and are generally delivered by the end of the week if I place my order before midnight on Mondays. When items are out of stock they do their best to find suitable substitutes. All in all 10 out of 10 given the extent of the Unistrut product range.

I ordered resin anchor sleeves. These are not easy to find but THESITEBOX had them in stock, at a good price and without any crazy postage charges. Brilliant service. I will definately use THESITEBOX again.
