I purchased a case for a flag that I had received in memory of my father from my Congressman. The nameplate arrived quickly, but the case was delayed. After a month, I called and we learned that the label had been printed but the shipper had left the case on a loading dock and a replacement was promptly shipped. I appreciate their service and attention to detail.

DO NOT use this website! It is a scam. I ordered an item on 6/2/24. On 6/3/24, I received an email stating that my order was on the way & UPS tracking info. As of today, 7/2/24, this is the message from UPS: UPS doesn’t have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package. I have tried multiple days to contact this company. I have left a voice mail message, replied to our order confirmation as well as sending a message thru the website...with absolutely no response. So if you "purchase" anything with this company, they will charge your credit card and not send the merchandise. DO NOT USE!! I was sent, as a gift, a folded American Flag that had been flown over the U.S.S. Arizona on December 7, 2022. I wanted an attractive display case for the flag and a vertical certificate. When it arrived, it had been very well packaged for safety. I was especially impressed with the high quality of workmanship of the case itself. Such high quality is the only way to display such an honored gift.

I originally posted a negative review about this business. After I actually got to speak with them about the order filling problem we experienced they have gone above and beyond to get our order squared away. They have shipped the correct flag display and a return shipping label for the original. If you have a problem with anything they send you, just let them know and they will make it right for you. Good people who care about doing things right.

The quality of this display case is amazing!! The inside material makes it super easy to design. There is a lot of display cases on the market and this one is definitely worth the money due to the quality of the case. It made for a great going-away presents for one of my Airmen who was getting medically retired, and I know they will cherish it forever!

I ordered two of these display cases. They were well protected in shipping and arrived damage-free. I really like the way the sliding panels are designed to give you easy access to the flag and certificate areas. I am very satisfied with these elegant cases.

This case is great. Wood has a very quality finish. I asked for an Army green mat and got it. The base is a separate piece that would serve as a shelf. Mayor may not need that. Would buy it again.

The product is perfect. The finish is very good, and it has a Plexiglas front, which looks good, reduces the weight, and prevents a disaster if dropped. It is easy to hang. Our flag is now hanging prominently displayed in our living room.

Great piece. Fit the flag perfectly. Arrived fast and in excellent condition. All I Had to was open the box, place the flag into the display case and place the filled case for display. What a perfect way to honor my father.

The case is well built only improvement that I would suggest is that the mounting surfaces be a little bit thicker foam behind the velvet. Otherwise very good. I mounted both ribbons and medals on the raised mounting section.

We bought this to display a Capitol flag and 2 certificates given to us by our senator. Great quality product. Five stars and a big thumbs up from our family.

We were very please with the Case for my Dad's memorial flag. It is very nice and the flag looks beautiful in it. These cases are made very well according to my needs. Highly recommend it, if you are looking for a nice case for a burial/memorial flag.
