Bereits bei der Lieferung war ich beeindruckt wie professionell und kompakt der Ofen verpackt war. Ein Detail das auf die Arbeitsweise des Unternehmens Rückschlüsse zulässt. Auch die Bedienungsanleitung ist klar und übersichtlich. Die Verarbeitung und Stabilität des Ofens ist sehr gut. Es gab bei der Anwendung zu Beginn ein paar Probleme. Das Unternehmen hat sehr rasch auf meine diesbezüglichen Anfragen reagiert. Und nach ein paar Mails wurde eine sehr kulante und professionelle Lösung vom Unternehmen angeboten. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.
