I use this shop on a very regular basis. I have been a customer ever since it first opened. The staff are chatty, friendly, and extremely helpful. They always offer help and advice when requested, and they are passionate about what they do. They are very age cautious, and will always ask for identification if they think they are dealing with someone underage.

Trustworthy company, when my initial order did not arrive when expected the guy I spoke to at The Vape Shop quickly sent me a replacement order which arrived the very next day - the first delayed order did turn up eventually and I was told to keep it instead of being asked to return it, which is amazing. Sadly, the juices just aren't to my liking. I like fairly flavoursome liquids and The Vape Shop's just aren't all that flavoursome. However I know plenty of people do not like the sweeter flavours and prefer a milder, subtle flavour - these people would probably love this company's products. Personal preference and all. Giving a 4 star rating all the same as based on how quickly the delivery issues were sorted I find the company to be very trustworthy.

Ordered some liquid. I have never recieved it. UPDATE. Ignore that first part of the review. It was a misunderstanding and the guy who owns the company has phoned me, replaced my order and more. Actually a really nice guy and did the right thing. I can now have full confidence in recommending this company. It is the delivery company DHL that deserve the bad reviews. They caused all the problems.

THIS IS ABSOULTELY A DISGUSTING COMPANY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE I placed my second order with company last Thursday and paid £4.50 for next day delivery. It is now Tuesday of the following week and I had to make a phone call to see where my delivery was. I spoke to a guy who informed me the order had been cancelled - but gave me no reason as to why this had happened. I told him this wasn't very good customer service as nobody had informed us of this. He said "I tell you what I'll issue a refund" and binned my call.
