I travelled up from Torquay to Manchester to have 1:1 training with Michelle and can honestly say that Michelle is hands down the best person I’ve ever trained with. Her whole persona and approach to learning is so good, she really put me at ease and made learning fun and easy - it was like being with someone I’d known my whole life! The support I received before, during and after training has been amazing. I 100% recommend Michelle and her training academy!
I booked myself in for the 10 in 1 courses. I was instantly given access to all the literature for the courses and once I read through them I booked in with the team. I had some queries which were answered instantly through Instagram and email. When I went for my face to face training I met Michelle the trainer. She is one of the best trainers I have met and uses very good analogies to explain information which helps to remember. Everyone in the team was really nice. And I can’t wait to book on a new course in the near future. Thank you once again for your hospitality!!

Rather than being taught by Michelle I, at times, act as her model as does my daughter. She is really attentive, even as a model, I feel she is always in control of the teaching that she is supporting the learner and ensuring that I am reassured. If I was learning new skills in aesthetic/ injectables/ vitamins I would definitely go to her. Just so we are clear I’m not a friend or family member etc. I’m genuinely new to the area but felt it right to add my voice to the good reviews … you never know if you come to learn you may even meet me!!

I really enjoyed the online facials course with Makeup bayy. It’s was so easy to click through the different lessons at my own pace. My case study was back within a week. There was a lot of information and I feel confident now to proceed in my facials journey. The certificates are lovely too. Mine will be going in my beauty room on my wall.
I did my phlebotomy and IV course with Michelle, and it was the best experience ever! She was so lovely and patient, made me feel so comfortable, taught so well! Her teaching standard, wisdom and experience in the industry is displayed throughout the session.
