I will only buy cruelty free products and will only buy from UK companies, who produce the majority of their goods in the UK. I like good quality products and value for money with a good choice of fragrances. I also appreciate good customer services and well packed and prompt delivery of goods. Beautiful products, yet to open as they are birthday presents, but they smell amazing through the packaging! Have used before and hand cream is the best I've ever used. Body cream fragrance goes on forever. Would have preferred more environmentally friendly packaging (shredded paper instead of polystyrene nuggets, which smelt strongly of chemicals and will end up in landfill) which would seem more in tune with company's excellent ethos. Would also be more appealling to send to eco-conscious relatives as gifts if recycled packaging used.
