Jonas from The Sailing Odyssey is best skipper I have ever met. From the point of sailing he is a really skilled professional and after anchoring he was like one of us...friend. I had a new sailing licence of my own and I wanted to earn more skills...Jonas was the best teacher from theoretical and practlical part as well. My goal is to go sailing on my own but on the other side I wish there will be an opportunity to hire Jonas again.
I had a phenomenal time with Jonas and his crew on the coast of Greece, and made memories that will last for a lifetime. He is genuine, friendly and capable of commanding a ship as well as organizing a great trip for everyone. The trip with the Sailing Odyssey was amazing! Amazing experience in Greece with Jonas. He took care of everything, we just had to sit back and enjoy the trip. We saw amazing islands (kythnos, syros etc…) starting in Athens. Jonas was very kind and very professional. He took us to some more remote and less touristy spots. The boat was bigger than I expected and very luxurious. I would definitely book with Jonas again in the future.

J’ai récemment voyager avec The Sailing Odyssey et son skipper Jonas en Grèce en juillet. Ce fut une expérience assez exceptionnel pas seulement parce que c’était en Grèce mais aussi par la qualité de l’organisation, de l’itinéraire, des activités et du professionnalisme de Jonas. Même si nous n’avons pas pu aller jusqu’à Mykonos c’était principalement par soucis de sécurité et de notre bien être la part du skipper car les conditions n’étaient pas adaptées. Ce voyage était inoubliable grâce à The Sailing Odyssey et j’ai déjà de nouveau réservé avec Jonas pour le prochain !

I sailed with skipper Jonas this summer for a week-long trip in Greece with my friends. Starting at Athens and sailed the cyclades in the most beautiful settings that I've seen in a while. We loved the trip and I've been recommending The Sailing Odyssey to my friends and family. Perfect for a group trip, or even to meet new people along the way! We had a couple of rough waters some days, but the expertise and the comforting presence of the skipper and crew made it all worth it. Logistically, we didn’t get to sail to every destination of the itinerary - but the amount of sailing everyday and challenging waters made it hard to commit. Other than that, I really enjoyed that we also had a lot of freedom and flexibility to do unplanned activities. It was a very memorable week overall and will definitely book other trips in the following summers to test out the other destinations :) Thank you again The Sailing Odyssey !!

Cet été, mes amis et moi avons eu la chance de partir pour une virée en bateau en Grèce, répartis sur deux magnifiques catamarans. Dès le premier jour, notre skipper a su créer une ambiance chaleureuse et détendue, tout en restant extrêmement professionnel. Sa connaissance approfondie de la région nous a permis de découvrir des criques secrètes et des plages paradisiaques que nous n’aurions jamais trouvées seuls. Chaque journée était une nouvelle aventure, rythmée par des baignades dans des eaux cristallines, des couchers de soleil époustouflants, et des soirées conviviales sous les étoiles. Le skipper a parfaitement adapté le programme à nos envies, tout en veillant toujours à notre sécurité. Je recommande vivement ce skipper à quiconque souhaite vivre une expérience de navigation en Grèce. Grâce à lui, nous avons créé des souvenirs qui resteront gravés à jamais. Un grand merci pour cette semaine extraordinaire !
