Shipping was a main issue earlier in my patronage of RawFoodWorld ~ it has gotten better not perfect. The only other issue I have is when you have a product that is selling super well and you are unable to keep or get it into stock (i.e. dragons blood). I waiting almost 3 months for my product. Also, the flippant cut and paste responses I've gotten from your manager about a year ago regarding the dragons blood made me very much question continued business with RFW. I will see how the next few orders go and will decide at that time. My latest transaction went VERY well and I hope this type of service continues ~ there are other avenues to purchase these types of products I just really like RFW and hope to continue buying from you.

My feedback for The Raw Food World may be somewhat premature. Having placed a substantial on-line order, only to have been offered a 16% discount via email the following day, I placed a call to customer service to request application of the 16% discount. Although it took a couple days for a return call, Tara indicated that she would apply the discount and offered to send me an email confirmation. Upon receipt of the confirmation, I learned that the 16% hadn't been applied, and promptly sent an email message of inquiry (note that the order reflects "held for backorder" on the account website). Several days later, after not having received a response, I sent another message and left a voice mail. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response to correct the issue. Although customer service (i.e., Tara) was courteous and professional when initially reaching out, I'm afraid that the response time has been less than prompt or effective since.

I like the at-cost specials. I also like the detailed descriptions of each item and how the items have been researched. I feel like I get the best quality for my money. I still have troubles sometimes maneuvering the sight, but part of that is probably my own lack of computer savy.

Shipment was fast and everything i received was great! But there was just one item missing from my order that i have paid for and sent an email out to customer service 3 days ago about the missing item and still no response... I would be more than happy to update my review when i receive the missing item and other than for that one mistake i am happy with my experience i just hope i don't end up paying for nothing...

Past two orders have been less than wonderful. Needed to make more than one call to Customer Service about the timing (prolonged) on the delivery of my products. RFW wasn't always so bothersome. Years ago I received my products with-in two to five days, no matter what. Now-a-days I don't get my order at all unless I call and speak to customer service one or more times. I really don't have the time to spare. Most businesses get better with age and experience, not worse. If it weren't for the fact that a few of your products are so clean and raw, compared to any other online site, I wouldn't bother to use RFW anymore at all. Have been waiting since March 27th (it is now April 11) for my most recent order. Seems your April 1st processioning totally disappeared from your computers ( that is what I was told, anyway) and after two phone calls from me to you, I am promised a whole new shipment. I am not holding my breath. What's up with you people lately?

Perhaps the winter in NJ was too long, cold and gloomy. For some reason, and out of the blue, I started to experience what the dermatologist diagnosed as eczema. Large circular patches on my face, chest and other areas of by body. I currently have four different prescription steroid creams that I have been using on and off. The red patches come and go. Finally, I went to an allergist, had skin testing done and found out I am allergic to mold. The Doctor prescribed a six week course of oral anti fungal pills and allergy shots. On the recommendation of a friend, I ordered the B-12 Energy Patch and Vitamin D3 Sunshine Patch from The Raw Food World. I saw a difference not only in the rash but also in my energy level. Overall I just feel better. This is my first week using the vitamin patches but I am very hopeful this will continue. I haven't been tested for Vitamin D deficiency but given the horrible winter we had and the "spring" that will not spring, it makes sense. I may still have to go on the anti fungal pills and allergy shots but at least I know that I can help fight this with the vitamins. My only hope is that The Raw Food World will start to carry Fish Oil and other Transdermal Vitamin Patches. Questions??

RFW, we love your products but shipping department makes mistakes on almost every other order & our friends & family have noticed this as well. Please fix this problem ASAP. My fiancées sister had her birthday package lost & is still waiting to receive it. Customer service has given inaccurate info on when & how they would ship it after loosing it. My soon to be mother in law who is also an avid RFW customer is not getting called back by your "service" team. I experienced this two years ago when I placed a birthday order for my fiancé and it was lost also. How can this happen twice? We would like our money to support good service & the Monarch family, not cause us stress. Please fix & fix soon, we'd much prefer to write an all positive review. P.s. Please have customer service call my mother in law immediately and make her happy, she is the sweetest person I know and has been a huge supporter of your company. She deserves to be treated as such!

I find everything I need easily. I find the site's product pages are a little busy but it doesn't take away from ease of use. I like some of newsletters information but then it often contains a lot of 3rd party information that I am just not interested in. I have stopped the subscription a few times because of this and getting information too frequently. I just get too mail to get bogged down in other stuff. The orders seem to take a long time to come and I can't afford express. On the other hand, I've been real happy with things I've ordered so far.
