Dr Mooz is the best. Amazing bedside manner. I am very happy with the results. He did exactly what we said he would. I did corrective microlipo. Recovery was very easy. Highly highly recommended!

My procedure was a neck lift and chin implant to remove the appearance of a double chin that has bothered me since I was a teen. It didn't matter how much weight I lost, I have a very small chin so fat collects behind it no matter what I do. Having looked at all other options, it became clear that only a surgical procedure, or dermal fillers, would really help the situation. Dr Supriya was my operating surgeon and I first met him on the 1st November 2023 for my consultation at the Northampton clinic. This is one of the minor constructive feedbacks I have, because I did have a lot of travel from my hometown of Wolverhampton down to Northampton for various appointments that didn't last very long, which meant more time off work than I would have liked, but it couldn't be helped and it's a very minor moan. I would have preferred being able to go to the Birmingham clinic given it's on the doorstep but I appreciate Dr Supriya is London-based so Northampton was halfway. The first appointment was clear and friendly. Dr Supriya was very straightforward in telling me the change wouldn't be massive, it would be subtle and my face wouldn't totally change but the appearance of the double chin could be reduced quite significantly. He took measurements and photos, and a surgery appointment was agreed that suited me (over Christmas so that I wouldn't have to use as much annual leave). I had a second appointment in Northampton a few weeks prior to the surgery. This is the second and final reason for a moan - I wasn't actually clear on what this appointment was for (a check-up on blood pressure, a blood test, MRSA swab and urine sample), so I'd done a wee in the reception toilet right before the appointment, not knowing I was giving a sample a few minutes later! That could have been communicated slightly better during the appointment-making process. That is my last minor gripe. Everything else was second to none. Phone calls checking how I was feeling, whether I had more questions, a very clear idea of what the procedure would be like. Emails with clear instructions on the dates, times etc. Text updates for appointments. Friendly staff when spoken to. Clear follow-up procedures for stitches coming out (done at the Birmingham clinic on 22nd Dec). My final appointment will be on 30th January 2024, hopefully to be discharged. Most importantly, I'm incredibly happy with the results of the surgery and the way the day was handled, which I had at their Fitzroy Square clinic in London (only 13 mins' walk from Euston). The staff there were wonderful and friendly. My surgical nursing staff were absolutely fantastic and so welcoming. I didn't have chance to feel nervous as they were so, so friendly. They let me rest afterward, I wasn't rushed out, I was given a sandwich and a cuppa, clear post-op instructions, I didn't see another patient the whole time I was there except for in the waiting room. It felt very tailored to me and an exclusive feeling. As for the results, I no longer see myself in a selfie camera and think "oh God look at that chin!" My before and after pictures are phenomenal. The healing time has been minimal in terms of pain, I actually think my partner's hair transplant was a worse recovery and he could have that done under local anaesthetic! All in all, a really great investment and I would absolutely use them again. I have recommended The Private Clinic to a few people, and my aunt is already booked in to have her under-eye done in February now that she knows I was happy with the service and the result. Wanda Booth and the team were incredibly thorough in their follow-up, and I can't thank Dr Supriya enough. It may be a cosmetic procedure but it has completely changed my confidence around my face, and I'm so happy with it. Like I say, I would give 4.5 stars if I could, as the constructive things I'm mentioning are absolutely minor niggles in the overall service I received. I merely want to help them do even better. Thanks to all at The Private Clinic, every single person from receptionists to nurses to surgeons to anaesthetists did a wonderful, wonderful job. Thank you!

Unfortunately, very bad experience where no difference was made to my varicose veins after treatment. I came back for follow up, hoping I will simply need a top up and it will be resolved. Dr.Dynesh Rittoo simply said maybe he didnt comunicate it well from first time, but my situation wasn’t even meant to be treated. It was just a waste of time, money and false hope. Disappointing, also because pictures on web site show exactly same problems that I have with successful treatment. But at follow up, In my case, Dr said he didn't even promise to treat it and cant do anything anymore.

Had bunion and hammertoe surgery aug 23, the whole experience went smoothly, Dr Bianchi is a great surgeon and so pleased with my foot.went back Tues 9th jan 24 and he done the other foot, bunion and two hammertoes, painless and walked out , been taking it easy, little bit of pain for couple of days and pain free now and can walk ok on it . If your thinking of having bunion surgery I deffo recommend Dr Bianchi and the private clinic A year on from my first bunion and hammertoe surgery and still so happy with it, wish i had it done years ago, Dr bianchi is a brilliant surgeon

The staff are excellent, very caring, and reassuring (from reception through to clinician Amanda). It can be quite daunting going through uncomfortable treatment, but the staff took their time with me, gave me breaks (with lots of sweet hot chocolate!), and were lovely. They're also on hand for after-care questions and follow-up appointments so I felt well looked after. After a few treatments I can see the improvement already and would recommend the clinic to others.

I recently had an Ultherapy treatment at the Private Clinic carried out by Rumyana Atanasova. This is a non-invasive skin tightening and lifting treatment of the face and neck. Their is some discomfort with this procedure but I felt as ease in Rumyana's capable hands. She was very professional and skilled at her job. The results are amazing. I would recommend the procedure and Rumyana.

I went for a consultation for cysts on my head that I've had for years.chose private clinic as I've used them before and had a good experience previously. However this time,it was not so pleasant. So I found out that this procedure costs significantly more than what I was expecting.i had tribal ear surgery previously and it was quoted significantly more than that to my surprise.that wasn't necessarily the issue even though it was disappointing,the fact I was told I had to pay extra on top to have a psych evaluation because I'm autistic n have bpd in order to have this procedure. I'd like to mention when I had tribal lobe surgery,I did NOT have a psych evaluation and they were fully aware of my disabilities. When did this policy change because I had surgery a year ago.if I had known this would be part of the process I wouldn't have bothered. Incredibly insulting that only those with disabilities are forced to do this,despite the fact I was fully capable to discuss the procedure ,make my way to the clinic amd pay the £100 Consultation fee..OH,n having gone through surgery with this clinic previously. Really disappointing n feel like in their opinion I'm not mentally functionable. So if you have autism or any mental health disabilty,you might want to be honest,but don't bother cos they charge you more if you are disabled,even if you are caple of looking after yourself as an adult.

I had two surgeries already with The Private Clinic. A vaser liposuction and breast enlargement recently. Organised, professional and very friendly team! My implants are still settling, but they are already beautiful! Can not wait to see the final result! Smooth, uneventful experience. I would recommend this clinic with all of my heart! Agnes

I underwent bunion removal surgery last week and was so impressed with the clinic, staff, doctors and the whole experience I had to let people know! From the very outset I found all dealings with The Private Clinic to be very straightforward , easy, friendly and professional. Mr Bianchi performed my operation and he was lovely, quick, and professional. I walked out of the clinic and am healing nicely at home. If you are putting up with pain thinking it's too much of an operation and too long a healing process think again - you really don't need to spend the rest of your life with deformed, painful feet , Mr Bianchi can help you! I am recommending him to all my friends who are suffering and I highly recommend him to you. Thank you to all at The Private Clinic ( can't wait to get back into my heels!).

I’m over the moon with my breast augmentation results by Mr fazel I couldn’t be happier and I finally feel confident in my own skin. Mr fazel PA Olivia was amazing from start to finish and answered any of my questions promptly. The only negative I have to say is that my surgery day and all the follow up appointments were running behind by atleast 30 minutes or more, now I understand that these things can’t be helped sometimes but every appointment was a disappointment for me especially when you are paying a large amount of money you expect a tight ship to be run on time however I am extremely happy and would definitely recommended Mr Fazel.

I had a procedure done last year (Leeds branch) & I have finally got around to leaving a review. Overall, my experience was not good. I had several visits before my procedure, and every appointment was between 20-30mins late. I understand that occasionally appointments run over, but every single time ? The prices of my procedure varied quite a lot, it seems to depend on how the doctor/surgeon is feeling – so no fixed price list. On the day of my procedure, I was told that I must arrive early – which of course I did. I then waited 45mins for anything to happen. The procedure went OK, however the 20min lunch break turned into an hour lunch break – so things at the end seemed a little rushed. A few days after my procedure I needed to email in and ask them a question. I did receive a reply, saying the doctor would be in touch – but I heard nothing. A few months later, I was booked in for a check up – but after waiting 30mins, I left and I never heard from them again. If it was a good clinic, because someone could not wait 30mins past their appointment, you would expect an apology or at least a phone call to rebook. All in all for the price I paid, its just not worth wasting my life continually waiting for them. I did want another procedure, but I went elsewhere – cheaper, better and on time.

My experience at The Private Clinic was absolutely amazing. I was nervous about going for a consultation and eventually following through to a procedure but from the moment I arrived they made me feel welcome and at ease.
