Can't fault the service
Ordered my part 2 weeks ago, site says if it's in stock will receive next day otherwise I'd get a email stating when id get it, never did so 2 two days later I contacted them myself and was told I'd have to wait for 2 weeks! Then got a email saying I'd receive my filter on the 8th (today) called them up as haven't heard and have been told it's going to be another week! So three weeks in total and no one telling me what going on. Hope the filter is better than the service, when I actually get it
Efficient service from start to finish. No problem to remove my V.A.T. & the shipping was free. The Pipercross Panel Filter for my WRX was a perfect fit. No hesitations to deal with these guys next time.
quick and well packaged also great value for money ,the filter does make a huge difference bought one a few years ago for my x3 3.0d and you do notice the economy breathing and power is better than standard filters and its saves you money in the long run .the old filter in the x3 is still going strong after 7 years just take it out at service time quick clean in soapy water and dried good as new again ,I think manufactures should put these in as standard on the performance models .

Registered an account online and placed an order. I was informed that if the item wasn't in stock it would be delivered in 5 days. I checked back on the web site to track my order and was told that my email address wasn't registered as a user. i tried to re-register only to be told that my email address was already in use!! I emailed customer services with the registration problem and to ask them to track my order and received no reply. I finally rung custom services to be told that my item was out of stock and would take another 7 days to arrive. If i had known this I would have gone to K&N instead! Customer services and communication need a lot of work in my opinion. I probably won't shop here again.

I'm having to wait two to three weeks for my filter. I should be compensated for this. I want my piper cross and don't want to be told I can have a refund to go somewhere else.
No order confirmation, nothing delivered, no communication, except for an invitation to 'rate my experience". A pretty bold approach when you're this rubbish!
