I would not like to actually rate The Pet Warehouse at present as it may well be the fault of whatever delivery company they have used. My money was taken a week ago and delivery was supposed to be 1 to 3 days. I am still waiting. Do not know when my items will be delivered. Extremely disappointed, it has been very inconvenient as have to rely on somebody else to take delivery as I am out at work. They have waited in for six days now and still no delivery !!!!!!!!! Pet Warehouse have asked me to voice my opinion on my purchase - Can't possibly do that as have no idea when it will turn up. Will have to find out when call Pet Warehouse as to how they actually deal with the situation. Not happy I have paid out a considerable amount of money and as far as I am concerned the promise of delivery within the timescale has not been fulfilled - twice as long so far ....

If I had seen this cage in shop I would not have purchased it reviews where all good and to be fair looked good ,but for me it's a bit flimsy not the quality of my old cage .will say bird seam happy with it
