As always I was looked after by Karen and her staff. Always there to give advice and information on the products in the shop. On my last trip I overheard a call to an elderly lady who was making a purchase over the phone. The staff member didn’t rush her, didn’t force her into buying anything and actually told the customer they would hold items for her to have a think about. I thought this was such a lovely gesture as I know that lady never felt pressured. I’m sure she will be back to them again as will I.

I ordered 9 hampers from Parcel Concierge. I ordered 6 and next day 3 . They called me to say they’d put all 9 in same delivery van and refunded my 2nd delivery charge . The hampers were lovely exactly as ordered . Overall very friendly and excellent customer service .

Called to their shop in Dunshaughlin. Fabulous selection of Irish products. Purchased 2 fine examples from McNutt’s of Donegal. Really helpful lady with a natural eye for blending colours.

The Parcel Concierge is such a fabulous shop. The products are of such high quality but yet you can get great value. It is such a handy go to if you need a gift. The customer service is just unbelievable. Karen and Ciaran have such good taste in their choice of products that you can feel the passion for it when you walk in.
