***WARNING!!!!*** These guys are scammers. I paid in full up front for two separate print jobs that cost in the thousands of dollars. We provided artwork, we accepted their estimate and signed off on the proofs. They failed to deliver on each project when they said the turn time would be 18 days. Now it has been several months of trying to get our money back. Lamar and William the "Owner" hang up in our faces when we try to get some sort of resolve. I am the owner of a small upstanding U.S. business that pays our debts. The "Owner" William hides behind his rude employees that do his bidding by hanging up on me and then blocking our numbers. This has been 3 months of Hell! PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I've written other reviews on this company and they try to save face by answering the review politely providing an email or number where to contact them. This is for show. They will not reply to my emails or phone calls. They WILL steal your money!! Don't chance it.

BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND ARE VERY RUDE!!!!! I made a purchase for some packages for my business and unfortunately was scammed. The way the staff have dealt with me has been extremely frustrating and they have been so rude to me via email. After waiting 1 month for a reply, I was then contacted because I contacted action fraud, the reply they gave me was so disrespectful and this is what they said in the email quote on quote: “ Dear…, Thank you for reaching out. Your £54 won't make us Millionaires. If you still want to hire a lawyer for getting £54 from us then please go ahead :-) Having said that, I have already asked my accounts team to track your £54.” The people that I first spoke to was James Scott and Jack Robson. Please be aware of these people!!!!
DO NOT USE. Terrible. I have worked with dozens of packaging companies and these have been the worst. Boxes were poor quality. Promised a discount due to poor quality and never heard from them again. Nearly lost the entire shipment and didn't care, we had to track it down. They're not in the UK, despite the way their website appears

Beautiful end product. It took me a while to come to a decision about what I wanted/needed from the box, but Max was very informative and patient. The end product is beautiful and of great quality.
