I had placed an order on the 20th of this month, it is now the 29th and I have no tracking number yet and my product still has not shown up.
Product was received quickly and as described. The only downside was fed ex shipping. Sped down our driveway slinging gravel and running off of road. Otherwise, great experience.

Ordered and I was told 10 days for delivery, which I was fine with. Then I got an email 2 weeks later saying it would be another 10 days.
I had a little bit of communication problems with people not getting back with me in a timely manner, but bottom line, I was able to return the item for a refund.
