Great communication and quick delivery
Faye and Edward have been amazing in supporting the issues I’ve experienced; great Customer Service!!! Basin is great quality, very happy with it …be nice if there was an ice white version though as the ‘stone’ is a bit cream in tone (even a concrete grey version might be a nice option, which is quite in these days) :-)

I've received no calls about the delivery if my bath when the receipt says I'll hear within a day. Really not sure where the bath is... In the dark more than 1 week on.

I had a couple of questions about my order and Faye from The Luxury Bath Company was very helpful, responded quickly and was friendly and very polite. The quality of my shower tray is very good and I am looking forward to using my shower tray very soon after my installer has finished fitting it.
They are using horrible ingredients. As second in the hand cream is Paraffinum Liquidum… Cocamide. O my God, don’t put this in your body!
The spa bath is great 👍 good quality and easy to install. Delivery was quick and the delivery driver was very helpful regarding use of bath and maintenance. I would definitely recommend this company.

I need to review my review!! I was sent free samples of two different sink finishes: matt and gloss. Very efficient and good quality. Apologies but it didn't register in my brain as a purchase.
