The customer service from this company has been outstanding which is quite rare these days. The lights we ordered were unfortunately out of stock, but Rob kept up informed and has done everything he possibly could to get the lights to us ASAP. The lights arrived earlier than promised, very well packaged and in perfect condition (unlike those from another well known retailer). Our electrician is fitting them this week and I know they are going to look absolutely stunning!

Absolutely 1st class customer service. I even got a free bulb thrown in without me asking...not a cheap bulb either! Great communication, and even got an email asking if my lamp had arrived and was I happy with it. Will definitely use this company again. Gt customer service is really hard to find these days especially when purchasing on line, but The Lighting shop has proved this doesn't have to be the case.

Rob is super helpful and really goes out of his way to find the right item at the best price for you. We've brought 2 ceiling lights, a pendant and a lamp from him and are currently looking at another pendant light for the bedroom. We have recommended the shop to family who have also brought their lights here. Definitely worth a visit!

i can highly recommend this lighting shop went there today expecting to be out a couple off hundred pound as my wall light bulb blew and left half the bulb in the socket and i couldn't get it out . the shop owner took a look at it and fixed with out charge were on earth theirs days would you get service like that thank you very much excellent service mr patrick weldon
