From start to finish the team at The Highfield Group were extremely helpful. The service received on erection and dismantle was top notch and the marquee itself was of excellent quality. I would not hesitate in using this company in the future.

Highfield were excellent in setting up a marquee, seating and staging for a recent graduation ceremony. They accommodated onsite changes at short notice and were very punctual and professional were very accommodating of another event we had onsite.
Highfield supplied us with a marquee, tables, chairs, and other essentials for our graduation party. Their communication was excellent with us and the venue which was very reassuring throughout the planning of such a large event. The service they provided was outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend them for any event needs.

We had a brilliant experience with Highfield from start to finish. Claire and her team were so responsive and on hand to answer our thousands of questions! They also really helped us select the right elements for us as we hadn’t booked a marquee before and didn’t always know what we were looking for. Stefan and the site team were incredibly efficient and lovely and polite and friendly. They worked around any requests we had and worked really well in conjunction with our florist. The only element that we weren’t aware of was that the marquee supports were inserted using a pile driver which is quite noisy for neighbours however this is undoubtedly down to our lack of knowledge of marquee construction! A 10/10 experience that we would absolutely recommend.

We needed a large gazebo 6 x 9 metres. They came and quoted, delivered ontime with a friendly crew and it was exactly as specified. Clean up was fast and efficient. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Highfield made the whole process of booking and amending our marquee order very simple; they liaised directly with our venue to organise set up and removal which made life very easy! We had some last minute amends to our order which they facilitated easily - thank you.
We held a birthday party at our house in July 2022 and used Highfield Event Group. They were brilliant from first to last. Claire gave us excellent advice in the design phase (location and design of marquee, fittings and props, food, bar etc), and they were really calm and helpful when our event had to be rescheduled twice due to covid! When we finally got to hold the event, their set up team was professional and customer focussed. We booked Claire to be on-site during the event and she was absolutely brilliant with our guests, doing any tasks that needed doing! And Kat in the office was patient with our change requests and efficient in dealing with the food, bar and other suppliers. Cannot recommend highly enough!
