Fast efficient service
Placed my order on 12/12/2024 due for delivery on 18/12/2924. Due to pressure on delivery etc I was told it would be two days late. That was ok as I wanted it for Christmas presents. No parcel received by 31/12/2024. Contacted company several times and eventually spoke to a very helpful lady, couriers at fault. She reordered and it arrived by Royal mail in four days, First time I have have had any bother with delivery!

Lovely products and great delivery time
This is a lovely company which has a very good selection of inspirational puzzles and games for my grandkids to try.
The items I ordered are good quality and have been a great success. However, although the issue was dealt with satisfactorily in the end, dispatch of the items was a disappointment. I paid for next day delivery but they were sent out by normal post arriving 5 days later. I have though been refunded the next day delivery premium.
I bought football team puzzles for husband and grandsons,they loved them.Worked on them together,better than sitting staring at phones.

Excellent great sized map of British and Ireland with all the football stadiums.
I bought a bespoke postcode jigsaw, based on a satellite image of our area, as a Christmas gift. Firstly it was in a very small and unimpressive box, but the main gripe I have is the clarity of the actual jigsaw. I don’t know how anyone can match those pieces up as the image was so unclear. Very disappointing for the £33 spend! This was discounted on Black Friday from £42! Sadly, just not worth that.
Fantastic service. Very many thanks to Talia for ensuring my 5 year old grandson received Foosbots for his birthday. The original was wrongly addressed and has ding donged around no less than 27 (!) Royal Mail locations since 21st November Despite the address being corrected it is still on its tours!

As the games were Christmas presents for 2 families I can't yet comment on the quality of the actual contents. However I can say that I was disappointed with the appearance of 2 very plain cardboard flat packs which arrived just before Christmas which did not look at all inspiring or reflected the price paid for them.
Having purchased several items from this company can say they are quick to Dispatch and the games are good quality and fun to use.
