Nice and different games. Everything arrived and well packed. Would have given 5 stars but delivery was over a week. (I think because they were waiting for stock.) Website is easy to use. Could do with more 'order status' notifications.

I have ONLY received HALF my Order! Received 1 x package, it is the 2nd package I am STILL waiting for! Received 2 x Royal Mail notices 'tried to call, left @ your Post Office', Wellingore Post Office is our Post Office, UNABLE to locate this 2nd package!!! There are going to be some EXTREMELY upset children!
My order went to the wrong address and I still haven’t received it yet. Having ordered online it automatically used my old address without giving me option to update address. I realised this immediately and sent a message using your online system to provide the correct address, but this was ignored or not even read.

I was surprised not to receive confirmation of my order. It was only when I phoned 2 calls that I was told my order would be sent shortly. I realise it is a busy time though I think communication by email would have been courteous.
