Clear instructions and plenty of time to go through slides
We had a small training session due to other bookers getting covid so it was just myself and my colleague. The training was excellent, comfortable, and really detailed. The trainer's knowledge was superb and his friendliness put us both at ease leading to a relaxed atmosphere and overall a very educational day!
This was one of the best first aid courses I have been on. I found the way Vickie Delivered the course very Informative and very easy to follow. I liked the way she also got us all interacting with each other too! I hope the first aid I have learnt won’t be need to be put into practice but feel confident enough if I do.
Very useful information. This is something we all should learn because it's our best chance of survival and there is more to first aid then we think.

My instructor made the day. She managed to balance being thorough, informative and happy to answer questions, with being friendly, and funny in a gallows-humour kind of way. She was sensitive to my squeamishness over some of the graphic images, and warned me about them in advance which I really appreciated. I came away feeling like I'd really learned something useful, that I can confidently apply if ever called upon to do so.
Found the First Aid at Work Course very informative. John delivered the course in a very interactive way which we all found very easy to take in, and at times very entertaining!. Very organised and would not hesitate to recommend The First Aid Team
We booked our First Aid At Work refresher via Freddie at The First Aid Team at our offices. We were so impressed with John and his method of teaching. We were engaged from start to finish, at no time did our attention waver. The only concern was that most of the participants weren't wearing the masks and the leader was very relaxed about it. Otherwise great service and everything well organised.
