In 2001, brothers Eric, Richard and Garrett Browning took their love of fabric, their experience in the industry, and their business acumen to create a new store that would elevate the selection and level of service available in the St. Louis area. They knew what customers were asking for great access to products, and customer service built just for me.

Looking in paper books at local store would have paid much more, when I found this sight I saved a lot more with great shipping! Would use again!

I am in the never ending process of redoing my kitchen. Put up wallpaper and decided I need to add a border (now you know why its never a "never ending" process). I chose about 13 different borders from The Fabric Co and received my order within a few days. They emailed me immediately to let me know which borders were no longer in stock and adjusted my bill accordingly. Now I'm ready to purchase the borders. Looking forward to doing business again with The Fabric Co.

I would definitely recommend this site even though I only ordered sample for a repair job (this style was discontinued everywhere else). they sent me one large piece to make my job easier, they also called me to be sure they got the order right. amazing in this day and age when you have a hard time getting what you paid for...

I ordered a roll of log cabin wallpaper. It arrived promptly and was exactly how it was described. I wasn't sure that it would really stick on the wall, but it was perfect. I immediately wanted a second roll and emailed the company instead of going through the ordering process. I left my phone number but didn't expect much in return. I was surprised when a very nice man called my house, on a Sunday yet, to take my order. Again, prompt delivery and just what I wanted. It's a great store with excellent products. I found this company online and took a chance. Absolutely no regrets. The paper I ordered is gorgeous and it was delivered to my door in a few days. The price was incredible and the quality great! Highly recommend it. The only frustrating element was that many of the selections were out of stock. Luckily I found one I really liked.

I order wallpaper samples first. I expected to get a little 5 x 5 or so sample....instead I received 16 x 20 samples! I was delighted! I made my decision almost immediately, thanks to the large samples. I ordered my wallpaper...at a very good price, I might add. Ordering was painless and easy. Shipping was extremely quick. I would very much recommend The Fabric Company to anyone! Very happy with my buying experience!

I ordered twice from this company. My first order arrived in a timely manner, About four days. Based on this experience, I placed a second order and planned on a painter to install the wall paper. It is one week since I place the second order and that order has not yet left the store. When I emailed to find out where my order was, I got a very evasive response that was less than accurate about the location of my order ("on its way") I had to place a call to find out when I may be receiving this paper and encountered more evasion. I am disappointed and will not use this company again.

The material is very nice, but unfortunately the colors aren't quite right. It was great to be able to get a sample for $2.00 rather than buying a whole yard and being unhappy. The only thing I was disappointed in, I thought I would get the sample in a couple days, as I thought it was coming from the St. Louis area. It took an entire week. However, when I called the people were very nice and informed me it was coming from somewhere farther away. I will try again and now I am aware of the delay in receiving it.

I initially ordered a red wall paper from the on-line store and upon delivery noticed that it was a little too orange for our purposes. I called the phone number listed and was connected directly to Jim. I described to Jim what I was looking for, and he looked up my order so he could see what I didn't want...and walked the warehouse floor to find three options for me with a better color. He even made the effort to find me a "close-out" paper so I saved money. The return of the original paper was a piece of cake, and Jim called me the next day with new options and reasonable shipping choices--got my kitchen renovation right back on track! I can't believe the customer service--I felt like a movie star with a personal interior decorator! Thanks Jim!

I ordered a fabric sample which I received in a timely manner for $2 total. I also received a "thank you" note from Garrett in appreciation of my business...very nice!

I thought I purchased a somewhat expensive wallpaper. I had a price from a local paint and paper store that was almost twice as much. I probably would not have purchased it at the higher price. I was really excited to be able to save so much money. Not only was the service prompt and accurate, I received a hand-written thank you for my purchase. It made my day that a rep from a company that does not know me would take the time to send a note. Great marketing!

Very fast delivery (although they had to order some of the fabrics from the mill), good prices, very friendly service and the quality of the fabrics was great.
