I really wanted to support small businesses this year but ones like this make it almost impossible to do so. I placed an order after seeing them on Tik Tok all the time. 1 chocolate bar and with delivery as well it came up to over £10. I placed this order on the 6th March. I know it says on their website it’s a 10 day workaround however I do think that for one bar of chocolate that that time frame is very long. It’s the 22nd March and I’ve still not received it. It was due to arrive today but still sat here waiting.. I wouldn’t buy again for this reason alone

Delicious mix of flavours and decently priced for a small business.

The fillings I usually love (coffee and stroopwafel, pecan pie, speculoos and caramel...) BUT they have started using caramelised white chocolate for pretty much every bar they do and it's just too sweet. Please do some bars in dark or at least dark-milk!!

My only issue is I'm addicted to their chocolate 😍😭, it is so delicious and any time I've had to contact there customer service team not because of an issue on their end but because I live in Ireland and customs can be a pain. They have been a great help, they even helped me make sure that a Christmas present that I ordered with them would be with me on time. Amazing team who make addictive chocolate, so much better than you can buy in the shop.

Wow just wow I ordered the £20 mystery box and it was amazing I've never had chocolate like this the best chocolate I've had it even beats the expensive hotel chocolate range there attention to detail is outstanding even the design 👌 The only downside is the delivery time but I could expect this place to be super busy so it's fine worth waiting for

Having placed numerous orders we had built up over 900 reward points with the Chocolate Smiths so we decided to redeem these and purchase a £40 mystery box subscription. First of all their system would only let us redeem 700 points maximum so a discount of £7 not the £9 we had earned by being a loyal frequent customer. Then we were informed that reward point discounts could not be used toward payment of a subscription leaving us to purchase the more expensive single purchase option (funny how that reduced our reward further in their favour). Then came the usual long wait to receive the items from them…. Once our order finally arrived, weeks later, we then discovered just how little value for money our £40 mystery box contained. The box is marketed as “at least £40 worth of chocolate plus a freebie” we received the following - 5 x 100g bars, going by an average full bar price of £6.50 our £40 mystery box order contained just £32.50 worth of chocolate and certainly no freebie! (see photo if reading this review on the Chocolate Smiths website, assuming they haven’t curated out the bad reviews again) Needless to say we definitely won’t be subscribing any longer and we caution anyone thinking of purchasing a mystery box not to do so…..

I have been following Steph’s journey since seeing her chocolate on Joe Wickes And have to say it is the most amazing chocolate I’ve ever tasted, the flavours and different combinations are unbelievable. She puts her absolute soul into her business and I admire her enthusiasm and dedication. You have to experience this chocolate heaven it’s the best.

I ordered the £20 mystery box from the website and I am impressed. I have seen these guys all over TikTok and I have been staring at the order button for weeks. I got 3 x Large bars and one small bar. the flavours are spot on and not too sickly, even for the sweeter ones. the delivery was quick and delivered within a week. Will definitely buy from this company again.

Absolutely love! Got my boyfriend an assortment for an early Valentine's gift, and every single bar tasted amazing! (Some slight cracks, but only upon super close inspection, and we didn't really care too much). I look forward to the new bars that come out and the mystery boxes!

Delays in package arriving which meant I wasn't in when the package arrived, the package subsequently got lost/stolen. Was told the only way of getting my money back was to report to the police

I have a massive sweet tooth and saw these chocolatiers on TikTok. I bought four bars each a different flavour and I am sorry to say I did not think the quality matched the price point. I paid roughly £6.50 per bar due to p&p and I found the bars to be very crumbly and the milk chocolate tasted like poor quality cooking chocolate. I will say I did enjoy the white caramel bar and I am yet to try the nanas biscuit tin but both milk chocolate bars I disliked and one I found inedible. The chocolate bars are overpriced but I guess the TikTok/social media “influence” has made this acceptable. Overall I won’t be ordering again
