Found this company through a recommendation on someone’s instagram story and was so excited to place and receive my order as the flavours sounded so unique and the packaging was amazing! I even bought some as Xmas gifts for friends. Shortly after placing my order I found out that they had recently collaborated with The Cookie People, whose products I’ve tried before & love, so I had very high expectations. I purchased 6 bars in total at a price of £29.05 delivered, 4 of which I tried, and overall I’d say I was a bit disappointed and wouldn’t recommend or buy again. Of the bars I tried I found 1 to just taste like the chocolate base (white chocolate) and have no other distinguishable flavours, 2 I found to be so overpowered by one of the flavours that I couldn’t even taste the other flavours, and 1 (Spiced Pretzel & Bourbon Caramel) I liked the flavour of (just tasted like caramel in milk & white chocolate though) but I couldn’t taste the Bourbon and found that the pretzels on top had lost their crunch and were a bit chewy. I also wasn’t a fan of how the paper wrapper around the bars had been glued down to the foil, as it meant that the foil tore completely open upon first opening, and you couldn’t properly re-seal the bar. I really wanted to like these bars as I loved how unique they were, and I try to support local and/or indie companies as much as possible, but I’m really sorry I just was not a fan.

Too sweet, £13 pound for a bar of chocolate, £5 postage. Was a lockdown treat for me and my boys, they said you’ve been scammed mum and indeed I have.
