Worth the wait... I’ve been trying to get hold of some chocolate for weeks but struggled because of the massively positive increase in customers!! Finally got some and this time chose some new flavours I’ve not had before. It did not disappoint! Dispatch information is always sent so I know when to expect my parcel. Lovely company and will continue to buy.

Excellent chocolate! Cinnamon apple pie bars are delicious. Bars are all handmade and you can see the whole chocolate making process on their Instagram stories. Steffi and her team are great and you can tell how much they all love what they do.

Tried to get my hands on this chocolate a few times but to no avail due to the demand. Not complaining as I actually enjoyed the 'will I, won't I?' experience! But I was very pleased when I managed to purchase the Banoffee, Bahama and Carrot Cake bundle. I'm unable to chose a favourite from these as they were all very tasty and different in their own right. I can't wait to try all of the other flavours available and also look forward to when the Collaboration bars are launched. Not sure I've ever been this excited about chocolate before! Keep up the good work The Chocolate Smiths!
Good service and amazing product
Oh my goodness, no wonder the virtual queues for these chocolate bars are so long!! I am so particular about chocolate.. I think it all tastes quite cheap and plastic-like other than cadbury's so I was a little unsure. I managed to grab hold of a bundle of salted caramel brownie, peanut clutter and apple pie. I definitely wouldn't have chosen apple pie and maybe not peanut clutter but this bundle with the brownie sounded better than others available. Anyhow, I am so glad I got these three as theyre all gorgeous with such unique tastes!!! Surprisingly, the peanut clutter is definitely my favourite and now I will be buying all the others just to try at least once seeing as I LOVE two bars I didnt expect to love. I bet theyre all delicious! Ive eaten half of two bars just today. Its an addiction. I love the ethos and attitude of this company. Keep being amazing chocolate smiths!! You are just fab.

The most delicious chocolate I’ve tasted in a long time. It was so smooth and creamy with lots of scrumptious fillings. My favourite was birthday cake and mint chocolate chip. Highly recommend and was all in excellent condition when it arrived. My sons loved the salted caramel one. Definitely my go to chocolatier from now on. Thank you 😊
The chocolate is lovely and the people are so much fun too, the major thing that let's them down is the massive length of time for delivery. I have now been waiting 14 days and still no dispatch notification.
My husband said he couldn’t remember a time when he’d enjoyed eating a chocolate bar more. Their service is fab. They’re undergoing about 5years worth of growth overnight thanks to Joe Wicks and Olly Murs. They totally deserve it but are determined to grow and maintain their standards and that, understandably. Will take time. I for one am happy to wait. I love their updates on IG keeping us informed. Amazing job guys. Truly amazing.
The chocolate is nice but the filling is only in the middle of the bar, so you only get all of the deliciousness in half the bar which is disappointing as it does not look like the photographs. The outside wrappers are all stuck to the inside foil as well. I contacted the chocolate smiths as I had a birthday cake bar that had a section of the swirl missing, the response I got was quite rude, belittling and unprofessional and has completely changed me view on the chocolate smiths.
Firstly, the chocolate is beyond gorgeous and the flavours are so inventive and tasty! Everything I’d hoped for! But! I found the chocolate too thin to cope with the caramel fillings, so it broke too easily and you can’t just snap off a line. Plus the filling is only in the middle, so you only get all of the deliciousness in half the bar. Yes, I know, ‘just eat the whole bar!’ But I like to share and want everyone to enjoy the best bits of the chocolate! The wrapping needs more care too. I had three bars, and two had the outside paper wrapper glued to the inside foil wrapper rather than the other side of the paper wrapper, so it all tore when I opened it. One was bottom up, and one was smashed quite badly in the middle, which wasn’t through transit as the packaging was very thorough. Not complaining at all, just constructive feedback so the makers know what their end products are turning out like.
