Sorry, I really wanted to love it and help support a small business but won’t be buying again. Treated myself to 2 bars (pumpkin spice and sunshine) costing nearly £14, delivery was fast but one bar arrived broken. The packaging looks great although sadly I didn’t enjoy the chocolate or the filling and don’t feel it was worth the money.

I have been lucky enough to order from The Chocolate Smiths on 3-4 occasions this year. Each time I can't wait to try the new flavours. There have been a few which I didn't like as much as I thought I would. However, they've all been tasty and quickly devoured; special shout out to the Banoffee Bread and Sunshine bars! It can be hard waiting a few weeks for the order to arrive but that's just my impatience at wanting it ASAP. When ordering it is always made clear how long it can take to be delivered. And immediately after. And in the confirmation email. It's regularly mentioned in Instagram stories, too. People need to read more carefully, pay closer attention, and keep in mind everything is handmade by a small hardworking team. I think it's great that the weather is taken into consideration and decisions made to put deliveries on hold until it's more suitable. No one wants the bars to arrive in anything less than perfect condition! It's also easy to change the delivery date with Royal Mail. My most recent order was going to end up coming on a day I wasn't home. Just clicked the link in the email I got and within a few more clicks it was moved to the day after. The Chocolate Smiths stall has been a big miss at the food festival in Bent's Park the last few years. I hope they continue to go from strength to strength and with their obvious love for what they do, how could they not!?

I’m not that impressed with the flavours tbh! The mint is nice but they are definitely not worth £4:99 each and delivery cost is too high!

Great product, excellent delivery

Disappointing overall. Paid £10 for 2 chocolate bars and £3.95 for the shipping and they were overwhelmingly average. The chocolate tastes quite low quality and I was expecting decent thickness for the price but it was thin and quite tasteless. Wouldn't waste my money there again.

Ordered a range of bars, there wasn’t one that I didn’t love! You could tell they were hand crafted with care and attention to detail. Granted, they’re not cheap, but they’re well worth treating yourselves with!

Ive followed this company’s journey from a few thousand followers on Instagram to the 157 thousand they have today. They have resisted factory production and the team produce everything in house and it shows in the superior quality from the chocolate itself to the packaging. The chocolate is on another level, especially the collaboration bars, customer service is amazing and their stories on instagram are very entertaining. I fully recommend anyone to order and experience their chocolate.

I had been waiting months to get my hands on these yummy chocolate bars and oh my goodness it was well worth the wait! I ended up buying the white chocolate bundle and every slab was amazing and full of flavour. I shared these with the family however I was soon sneaking in to the kitchen to enjoy the chocolatey deliciousness all to myself. Can’t wait to order the next batch!
