Bought a small white Citroen Berlingo van (LD67 VVE) for business purposes from Wadsley Bridge Sheffield. 16 phone calls in next 20 days about management lights & limp mode. It was back for repairs every day for the first week. No auto-electrician called until final breakdown, no service done before sale, 17litres of AdBlue added in a week, initially refused a courtesy car, then at final breakdown it was all due to driver error & purchaser had to bear cost of recovery truck. We had to demand a full refund several times stating the legislation. They not once acknowledged our statutory rights to a return and full refund. Aftersales handlers used excuses of driver error despite the catalogue of return visits and the AdBlue sitting in the van, ignoring our losses they wanted to discount refund because the driver was paid for business mileage done! (nought to do with their resale value eh), then ... and this is the good one ... we have your van, your £8000 cash and if you don't return the grudgingly given (unsuitable for business) courtesy car WE WILL CALL THE POLICE AND DECLARE THE CAR STOLEN !!! This is their genuine customer service response. We stood our ground. Called Citizens Advice to confirm our stance and the bank for chargeback. Only when it suited them did they give the full refund ... on the very day we were calling Trading Standards Consumer Helpline. Then comes the anxious days waiting for the bank to clear funds. Would we recommend Car Megastore? Take a guess!

First time I've bought a car online, I thought Billy was very thoughtful and helpful the van is excellent it did have a minor fault but Billy picked it up sorted out and dropped back off home for me,you can't get better service than that, thankyou Billy. 0

Arrived on site to test drive a mini today billy cleaned the car and keys and was very polite and knowledgeable, talk me throw the car and figures made it very simple and easy , little out my budget but would recommend them 100% thank you ,

Just Imagine a car dealer having your car for 24 days Bear in mind I have Vidios of the faults in the car after 5 minutes after picking up after the dealer said it was fixed Dealer recons it has been at a landrover specialist for 1 week yet ITS BEEN PARKED ON THEIR FORCOURT ALL THE TIME After 3 weeks of having the car they state the car is fixed, I go down and pick it up, Drive 5 minutes up the road for the same fault to come back on 4 wheel drive issue so only works in 2 wheel drive causing the car to sway all over Nuts and bolts under bonnet witch has clearly come from some were but not put back What does the dealer say? Me- The faults come back up again Dealer- what does it drive like? Me- Like garbage Dealer - Well we have all test driven it and it drives lovely even a land rover specialist has drove it and it's all normal for it to do that Me - well I don't want this piece of rubbish you've sold me it's not fit for purpose and your con artists Dealer- Well theirs nothing you can do about it were not giving you a refund Me- Gave them what for Absolute scammers and rip offs and you'll not get away with this

It’s the first time I have purchased a vehicle online unseen but I was able to get the finance agreed and have it delivered to my door. Great service and the vehicle condition was immaculate. Just as they said.

Went to view a van advertised at £5940 on eBay and Gumtree. When we got there ticket price was £6440. Then salesman said this was because £500 had been deducted for those taking finance. When I said I didn’t want finance he said I’d have to pay £6440 plus £95 admin fee making it £6530. This makes it no cheaper than anywhere else. I have complained to Trading Standards as it is false advertising in my opinion, as the van is listed everywhere at £5940. Sales team and Manager not interested in my complaint. Be very aware of the actual price before travelling to view vehicles at this Company would be my strong advise! I wouldn’t buy a vehicle from this company on principal

Hello, After several calls, messages left and emails still no one has got back to me with regards to the van I purchased from you a few weeks ago with with faulty brakes and auxiliary belt. If someone could let me know what you intend to do with regards to this it would be very much appreciated.

Well impressed would be an understatement, We had to travel over 150 miles to see the van so everything was done over the phone. Steve was very helpful and took us through the processes with understanding of our needs. We did not feel that he was trying to sell us a van but to help us make the right chose for the money that we had. When we went to pick up the van it was just as he had explained it to us over the phone, he even changed a light bulb that was not working when i told him. The next day we received a call from Steve asking if all was ok (which was nice) and informed us that he had saved us more money on the whole deal. I would highly recommend a visit to this company if you are thinking about buying a vehicle. Kind Regards to Steve and his team Mark and Jane

£8000, and 2 years down the line we have a car that is scrap after an engine failure which has happened three times. Attempts to contact them are ignored, they are rude when we have been to them in person. Do not waste your time or money on these crooks.

Having driven for 1 hour to find that the car i was interested in wasn't as described on their website i am far from happy. Car was described as like new inside and out. The first thing i spotted was a large blemish on the bonnet so looked no further. Big fat waste of time. If the descriptions wrong i wonder what else is when digging deeper. Not for me i'm afraid..
