Great experience. Staff well dressed. Only problem store said l would have mh delivery am not 17.30 It meant that my PA could not be here to make the bed up as l was disabled. But l put that down to breakdown of communication between store and Betlers.

2 very friendly & polite young men arrived within the time frame which had been texted to me. They placed my old mattress ready for collection & covered it with the wrapping from the new one.

I hired out The Butler & The Van to help me transport some items across town. He arrived promptly, just before the agreed time, and the whole service was conducted efficiently and in a timely manner. His customer service is excellent. He is friendly, professional, and quick to respond to communications both before and after the job.
