This team did a great job - converting my unusual loft space (as most peoples are) with collections of old' tanks, boxes, etc etc, included increasing loft hatch sizes and fitting infinitely better access steps etc ...and poor minimal insulation - and transformed it into a fully boarded, light, clean and usable space - at the same time they recommended increasing the loft insulation depth and also putting insulation into the root rafters to really take it from 'poor and minimal' to 'excellent' - this was a recommendation that our recent home survey suggested to make substantive different in heating costs etc. From the moment of quoting (Tom coming round to review / survey) to the quote to the 'pre work' and the actual completion - has been superlative - for such major work to occur while we were in the house and working has been superb - also the team were so in-tune and customer aware to ensure no 'contamination while moving things up / down the loft' and they were super diligent on ensuring they kept everything clean, taking away everything and 'vacuuming / making every good'.... cannot recommend enough

Attic Guys are a brilliant firm. I wanted my loft sorted out with insulation a ladder, and lighting. They did a fantastic job. I got quotes from other firms that were a bit cheaper, but those other firms did not think the ladders I wanted could be installed. Attic Guys sorted that out and recommended and installed wanted I wanted. it now looks great. A great team of people, nothing too much trouble and they know what they are doing and can advise on what is possible or not.

Attic guys fitted a loft ladder in our house and boarded the loft in our double garage. We compared 2 different companies for the same job and The Attic Guys sales process was much more professional (they followed up to start with!) and their estimate was better value for money. Their advice was very helpful and balanced even when it meant less work for them. When it came to the actual work being done they turned up when they said they would, worked long days to get it done in 2 days and went the extra mile to do their best to improve in areas the original builders has taken short cuts with. The surveyor turned up as expected, explained the limitations of the job & we received a proposal promptly & within the timescales he had said. The 2 guys that came to install the loft insulation & new hatch & ladder were both excellent. They were on time, courteous & kept the house clean whilst carrying out the works. They also explained what they had installed & gave a good demo on the new hatch & ladder once completed. Contacted the Attic Guys to insulate a loft space in a Summerhouse. They arrived on time and conducting the work in a timely manner, to a very high standard. The two lads that carried out the work didn't stop grafting. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone who requires this type of work to be carried out. Will definitely use them again!

Very pleased with the work. On time, tidy & careful. Wanted to sort my insulation out with the huge bills coming up, got a great quote with a detailed check of my loft requirements.

They were marginally more expensive that the other two quotes I got, but The Attic Guys stood out from the beginning with the thoroughness and clarity of their quotation. During the survey itself they explored the loft thoroughly, explained everything they were proposing to do and what benefits it would bring, and spent plenty of time getting to understand what I wanted to get from the job. All in all, done with great care and attention to detail. The guys who actually did the job were great. They fitted a new loft hatch and ladder, laid down full boarding and installed new lighting. They were incredibly tidy, protecting the stairs and landing with dust sheets, and left the place spotless. Everything was finished by 2pm the same day with minimum noise and fuss. They took the time to explain how to manoeuvre the ladder and made sure I was happy before they left. It's certainly the lightest ladder I've ever had and as someone who hates going into the loft having the sunken step at the access point is a huge help! The team in the back office were always prompt and clear in their responses to my questions and seemed to have a good understanding of the details of the job. They were very on the ball with their scheduling too and although very busy they phoned as soon as they had a job that finished early and slotted me in. As far as I can tell so far it was a job really well done, and I'd thoroughly recommend The Attic Guys.

Delighted with the service and end product. Tom provided a quote and advice, and the guys that did the job were very efficient (full loft re-board and new hatch in 2 days) but very thorough, clean and the end result is excellent. Would recommend.

The experience end to end was great. A surveyor took the time to really look at the property and explain what, how and why they would do. It was quite educational and I didn't feel like I am being forced into a decision in any way (on the contrary). The Attic Guys were happy to quote for our needs rather than try to impose a 'this is how we do it solution'. Result? We have the additional insulation we needed at a fraction of the quote from the best of the competition. The work was carried out at our convenience and the area left in a clean and tidy condition. No hesitation in recommending the Attic Guys!

These guys are unsurprisingly busy at the moment but i will say there work was carried out with total efficency, good humour and to a very high stanard. I am very happy with the work done. They where also £1000 cheaper than other quotes !! What is not to like ? Thank you

Professional, helpful, clean and reasonable price. Some of the best money I have ever spent as now I have room to store all our stuff and the attic is actually pleasant to be in and now my attic is properly insulated my house is so much warmer! Recommended
