Our role is to act as a bridge between traditional crafting communities and an audience who value authentic goods sustainably produced. And with a designer's eye and years of expertise in this field we work together to update shapes, introduce contemporary color palettes and focus on the finer details to create a fusion between age-old tradition and modernity. We not only focus on the aesthetic value of the product but also on the material used in making the products and it should pass our sustainability standards to make it to our stores. We keep absolute transparency in the ingredients used, process of making and the source of the materials.
I haven't received my order yet . Have placed my order on 23rd Jan 2025. I repeatedly had to follow up with the shipping details. Very poor communication.
As few others have complained, delivery took sometime. But the product quality is laudable. Very neatly finished and safely packaged. I hope they improve their shipping time. The support was good. They always answered the call. Also agreed to ship one ready product earlier. The pricing could be less by atleast 20%

My package was delayed and the TESU executive Anshu went above and beyond the call of duty to reach it in the nick of time since we were travelling.
I have ordered a few things from Tesu and have been extremely satisfied. Their products are too good as is their service. I have been ordering from other conscious companies as well, but Tesu really lives up to its expectations. Not only are the designs unique and classy, their quality is also top notch. Highly recommend them!
I haven't received my order, it is showing in transit since 15 days. Within India how much it takes to get the parcel????
