Website claims you will be notified if items ordered are not in stock and available for shipping within 24hrs. I was not notified until I questioned them, after not receiving a shipping notice within the 24 hour period. Explanation given was they had a mix-up in stock/location and did not/could not locate the product I had ordered. I was also told the order would be (already had been?) expedited (where is it?). I have still not received the order after two weeks. I had to leave the jobsite before shipment arrival (was working out of state) and company had to forward the shipment to me at the new jobsite location. Delay cost me many hours (days?) of wringing out and identifying cabling. Will I order from them again??

My instrument arrived within a week, was exactly as ordered, and $80 cheaper than on Amazon.

Product worked properly. Ups shipping charges to high. Should be able to ship thru USPS standard mail for a lot less. I think Ups and FedEx are to expensive Fo all shipping.

Shipping was fast and hassle free. Item was priced well and arrived in a couple of days.

The speedy delivery of the lamp was exemplary, but unfortunately the circular bulb had to be replaced. It was replaced by Luxo, also speedily, but was also faulty. A second entire lamp was sent the same day and is working beautifully.

I have purchased five pieces of test equipment and some accessories from Test Equipment Depot. I have been extremely happy with their pricing, their service, and the timely delivery. Everything I was looking for was in stock. I am even impressed with the amount of effort they made on behalf of their website, which is nicely laid out.

I received a broken item. The broken off piece was not in the factory sealed package, so it is likely the fault of the manufacturer, not Test Equipment Depot. There was some initial delay in getting from TED a response to my complaint email, for which the order manager has apologized, but they have now arranged for the manufacturer to send me a replacement part. Overall, I am satisfied with the resolution.

The web site was efficient, truthful, well illustrated and easy to use. The meter arrived more quickly than I anticipated, well packaged and in pristine condition. It functions as I expected. A good product and an easy purchasing experience.
