Horrible customer service from the Tenfold manager of our small business website build. We paid a price for the website build that included components requested for the service we are marketing. During the built the manager stated additional money is required for items that are included in original contracted amount that was paid. He spoke bad about the salesperson stating the salesperson didn't know what he was doing when he included in the contract items the manager is now asking additional monies for. We paid an additional price for hosting and content when the salesperson said it was included. We wrote the content ourselves so actually we paid for them to proof read and correct grammatical errors. The manager then stated additional monies is needed for tracking payments when the paid contract included payment integration. We are a small woman owned start up. This person is a horrible representation of TenFold web design Co. I requested to speak with his manager but he refused. May be 1099 not W-2. He should be trained how not to be rude and condescending to start up low budget businesses.

Tenfold makes managing my book of business so much easier. It allows me to note each call, and stay up to date on my customer interactions. I definitely recommend it. It interacts with several other software programs we use, simultaneously, and seamlessly.

Fantastic Application! This makes calling my customers and keeping track of phone calls much easier! This takes the weight off my shoulders where phone calls are concerned!

Tenfold has proven to be an excellent tool for our company Dealer Wizard to utilize with our phone system and Salesforce to analyze our phone call data and notes. The integration was seamless and their support in top notch.

Tenfold is one of a kind! I have never used a system that has kept things so organized and accurate. Easy to use and excellent data tracking. I highly recommend this system. I have been using Tenfold for over a year now and it continues to improve daily. They truly care about your experience and have excellent customer support.

Time is money in sales. Tenfold is an extremely reliable software that I rely on throughout my work day. It's shortcuts allows me to work through my day without any interruptions. I am able to take notes while on a call with my clients, linking them to project opportunities that I am currently working on. If I am on the phone for a majority of my day, I am able to backtrack throughout my call history to link the calls to my clients. It is an easy system that is crucial to our teams success.

This company is a perfect fit to integrate your VOIP phone system to your Salesforce or most CRM systems. It saves time on documenting notes and I love how it hyperlinks the phone numbers so I can easily make calls just by clicking the phone number. You need to check this out!!

I have zero complaints about tenfold. It works pretty well. Keeps track of all my calls and then I can also delve into some deeper analytics as well. It never crashes and is rarely, if ever, has malfunctions or incorrect information. Id I reccomend. Simple interface and gives you most of what you need.

Pros: The ability to integrate Tenfold's calling platform directly into our CRM (Salesforce) is extremely helpful. In addition, the ability to call most numbers from any browser window using the 'click-to-dial' feature ensures that calls can always be made quickly using the product, and this is a huge time saver (over manually dialing numbers). Also, Tenfold monitors all calls, so that call counts (inbound vs outbound), and call duration, can all be tracked and compared against co-workers, and this allows work to be far more quantifiable and useful for reviewing personal or team productivity. Lastly, the product is extremely versatile and feature rich, so that each person can use it how they see fit, and their support team is excellent. Cons: (It wouldn't be a complete review without the cons, but there are just a few). . . During a live call, Tenfold allows Notes, to be automatically entered into Saleforce's task data, however, if the comments are too long for the 'call notes' they roll over into the 'comments' section, with no indication that that is where there have gone, which means they can be missed, or just harder to locate later. In addition, 'click-to-dial' does not work on all numbers one may find while browsing, and occasionally the chrome extension must be reset to get things up and running again, but these are rare and minor inconveniences. Bottom Line: If you are looking for a powerful telephone solution which saves a lot of manual dial time integrates well with your CRM, (or at least Salesforce), definitely give Tenfold a try.

I like Tenfold but I'm still in the first few months of using it so I haven't used all of the features. The two things I like the best, as a front-line user, is the auto-dial and the auto-notes. I make a lot of calls every day so anything that shaves seconds (or minutes) off each process is great. I would make sure that Tenfold has a plan of implementation for the CRM software your company uses. Tenfold's integration into our Netsuite hasn't been terrible but it is an ongoing process. However, Tenfold's team has been great with customer service.

Tenfold keeps our sales team very focused. It is important to measure what each person is doing to reach their goals. Gentle competition keeps our salespeople sharp and gives them a number of metrics on which to measure themselves. They also can see how added effort can add to their results.

THE GOOD I love the idea of a popup when a phone call comes in. The ability to see the information you need about the incoming call before you answer it is extremely valuable. The software performed as expected. The sales team and tech support team were all very friendly and took care of all the issues I had in a timely manner. Great response time and an overall wonderful experience with the company as a whole. THE BAD There is no ability to customize the popup. It is stuck in one place (bottom right) and can't be moved. Just adding something as simple as being able to move it up and down would make a world of a difference. I don't know how many times the popup got in the way of other information I was trying to look at. It would, of course, be a much better product if the popup were it's own app that could be docked anywhere on the screen. Tying the popup to Chrome really keeps this software from being the best it could be. There are no skins, color options, customize options, or anything like that for the popup window. There is nothing you can do to affect how it looks, what information is on it, and where it is docked. Solve those three issues, and you have an amazing tool that is flexible and personable. SHOULD YOU CONSIDER THIS PRODUCT? Please give this product a try. It is definitely worth your time. The issues I have with it doesn't keep it from performing it's basic and intended function really well. MY PERSONAL USE I have a one person sales team, and that person didn't care much for the product. I tried using it myself, successfully, but I'm on the tech support side, not the sales side, so although I loved the concept, I am not able to get the most out of the product.

What do you like best? Tenfold is a great platform to connect with a CRM, like SugarCRM for leveraging click-to-dial. It makes life so much easier, allows me to prospect more quickly, and I can add comments directly to the tenfold call popup that will be logged in my CRM. I like being able to see where my call KPI's stand for the day in comparison to my colleagues as well. What do you dislike? Tenfold has gotten pretty pricey. It used to be a tool I would recommend to every one of my prospects to use in conjunction with SugarCRM; however, the increase is price deters many prospects now. I suggest they create a "lite" version for prospects who only need a simple click to dial for their voip. It still seems to be the best option for my prospects, but we are on the hunt to find a simple click to dial platform that wont break the bank for customers in the SMB market. Recommendations to others considering the product The click to dial feature is awesome and worth the price if you are going to leverage the other functionality tenfold has to offer. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tenfold eliminates the need for my to dial phone numbers manually. I can also track my call performance throughout the day and compare it with my colleagues. If I was force to manually dial every person I have to call each day, my performance would be cut in half, at least. This tool eliminates that manual effort.

As an outbound focused Sales Executive, there is never enough time in the day. We can have 10 computer screens, but there really is no shortcut to dialing faster, without a product like Tenfold. I have used Click-to-Dial programs in the past, but all seemed to take up too much CPU, leading to slow downs elsewhere. I utilized Tenfold with a Shoretel Softphone. During my high call hours, Tenfold undeniably led to a 20% increase in calls. No typing out the numbers, no copy and pasting. Just a simple click.

Easy integration into our Office 365 suite. Simple interface. Easy to use. IPhone app is functional. Texting. Group chat. Caller ID. All these things are more important than you'd imagine. We used to use 3CX which was very reliable on the desktop. But unfortunately the iPhone App was buggy, it was difficult to integrate to almost everything, and their updates weren't very forward-thinking.

Very positive experience utilizing Tenfold. In my role as a Sales Development Representative this tool has been valuable in helping with day to day tasks. The integration with Sales Force has been great in tracking notes from calls. Also, the ability to use a click to dial and eliminate manual calls has been amazing. Big time saver over dialing manually. I would recommend this tool to anyone who is looking to maximize efficiency within their sales organization.

My favorite part of tenfold is the simplicity. It is super easy to use and the tool is very dependent. The tool takes little to no training to use, and it makes my job a lot easier. It also allows you to set reminders and follow up tasks.

What do you like best? The support and direct contact on building out their platform was top notch. I couldn't have asked for a more personable experience. What do you dislike? As an early adopter of their framework -- we had to endure some growing pains. Rest assured .. they worked diligently to get things working and working well! It's at a great position now. Use it!

I started using tenfold when starting wayfair. this program is very simple to use, and I can tack my calls all day as well. Very efficient, easy and fun to use. I would recommend this program. -Ashlee

Tenfold is fabulous. A great way to save time and analyze your calls. Excellent customer service and technology.
