First class service, speedy and efficient, I was given the Believe bracelet as a gift and was so delighted with it and the packaging I look at the website. On seeing the matching earrings I just had to have them, I wasn't disappointed, they are lovely and have been admired by everyone who sees them. Just a pity there wasn't a matching pendant. I love this company and all the cute stuff they have, and also their customer service is great, very polite, friendly and helpful but unfortunately there is a but! There was a very very little thing missing from my order and that was the second time that it happened, although when I contacted the customer service I was very pleased with their response but it would be great if there weren't anything missing in the first place. So I guess on scale of 1 to 10, 1 being fully disappointed and 10 being utterly satisfied, I will give this company an 8.

i ordered a number of items and my parcel arrived very quickly. Unfortunately one small item was missing from the parcel. I contacted customer services on a Saturday and my query was answered within an hour and I was told that the missing item would be sent out straight away....which it was.
